This wonderful lake home sits in the perfect spot over looking the main channel waters of Lake Barkley onto the Land Between the Lakes where the views are stunning year around.
The home has a great wrap around deck where you can enjoy sunrise and sunsets, a covered patio with a table and where you can BBQ, a fantastic side yard where the kids can play and a two car garage. You can also hike down to water's edge where you can take a walk or go fishing.
You will truly enjoy the inside where you will find 20 foot ceilings with floor to ceiling windows so you can enjoy the view from the inside. There are updated appliances, a large bathroom and a wonderful family area for gathering, playing games or just relaxing around the fire.
This place is a great place to relax and just to get away from our hectic lives. Also, it is a great place to have great fun and make memories. The location is convenient to many recreation ventures such as marina's, restaurants, shopping, golf, hunting, water park, and Land Between the Lakes.
The view of the lake is truly breathtaking with the sunsets. At any given moment you may see all kinds of wildlife, from birds, bald eagles, deer, and fox.
This place is perfect for a couple or 2 families. It has 2 bedrooms (1 queen bed/ 1 full bed) and a large bathroom. There are also two sofa's in the main living area that convert to queen size beds and then there would still be room for a blow up mattress.
We bought this home this year and have already made so many wonderful memories with our kids and friends. This home has never been rented before this year.

A very pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. The lake views are wonderful and the area is very quite. It has an awesome deck to relax and read. The house is perfect for a long weekend get away. It has all the amenities and cell reception is strong.Recommended for: Girls getaway, pet owners, age 55+, adventure seekers, sightseeing.

We stayed at this house with a handful of friends and had an amazing time. The house was very clean and uncluttered. The owners were available to us via phone and thoughtful in their planning so we literally had everything we needed. We had no children but the house had some snack and juices for kids in the fridge and toys. There were games for kids too but I am not shy to tell you that all of us twenty-somethings played them all! The house is on a quiet little street with lots of nice people. The view of the lake is perfect and even though you can't access the water from the house, the neighbors were very generous with their beach/dock so we could swim. There is also a lake resort close by with nice facilities in the summer. Gas and a restaurant 15 mins away. We didn't go into town but it looks quaint and nice when we left. Zero complaints on this house. Listing was accurate. I wish I could upload some of our photos!Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, families with teenagers.

About the owner: We are a family of four who bought this lake home this year from a family friend. We have already made so many memories here. As many of you, we lead a hectic life, and cannot use the lake home as much as we would like, so we would love someone else to enjoy it as much as we do!
