Elegance and modern sophistication are apparent as you enter the townhome conveniently located in a quiet Old Town neighborhood just three blocks from Duval Street. Construction was completed in 2007 on this beautiful villa that boasts over 1700 sq ft. on two levels.
It has it's own private garden with heat optional swimming pool. The open living /dining area features comfortable sofas & chairs, and a dining table to seat six. Just off the living room is your complete and fully-equipped modern kitchen with top of the line appliances and a center island/bar. Sliding doors open from the living area to a deck and the pool edged by variety of tropical plants. An inviting deck around pool provides atmosphere for peaceful conversation and relaxation after a day of sightseeing. The first bedroom has a Queen bed and en-suite bath with shower only. The Master Bedroom on the second level has a King bed, duel sinks within a large bathroom area. The bedrooms are expertly decorated to offer luxury and subtlety in design. Spacious and plush, the third bedroom has two twin size beds which can be made into a King bed.

Beautiful property nicely located in a residential section of Key West. Easy walking/biking distance to town or beach. House was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. Small store with groceries one block away. Would recommend 7 Fish for dinner, right around the corner. We would definitely stay there again.Did you find this review helpful? My husband and I and a few friends stayed at this very well appointed condo in October. The condo was perfect for us. It is nicely decorated and laid out. It was clean and all the bedrooms had their own baths which we liked. It is also centrally located and we walked or rode bikes almost everywhere. We had to call the owner when we first arrived to make the upstairs bed a king and he was quick to respond and very nice and helpful. We had a great stay and would definitely try to stay there again if/when we return.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children.

Not sure what I was booking but the Townhome is very convenient to Duval St and walking distance to everything. I was visiting with family so the 3 bedrooms made it actually more affordable even though initially I was thinking it was a touch expensive. My wife used the pool with the kids and having the kitchen made lunches much easier. I didn't realize in Key West most places had a 7 night minimum whereas I was only staying 5. Fortunately Key West Hideaways who we rented through seem to be one of the few places who allow less than a 7 night stay. Great stay. Will return.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with teenagers, age 55+, families with young children.
