Relax and enjoy the lake from one of the best condo's around. Our condo is on the bottom floor in the building right next to the beach. It is the only condo in our building available for rent. We also have one of the complexes pools directly behind us. Unbelievably convenient for anyone to enjoy the beach area, the pool, or the docks to fish from or go on a boat ride.
We have completely updated everything. The kitchen and baths are new, all the flooring, doors and trim, and all the lighting is new and everything is freshly painted. All furnishings and decor are also updated.
Enjoy seating for 13 just in the kitchen alone. There is seating for 7 in the living room along with a new 42' Flat Screen TV with DVD, FREE Wireless Internet and great view of the Lake.
The master bedroom is huge and has a king size bed, private deck, and private bath with adult high double vanity and massive beautiful custom shower.
The second bedroom also faces the lake, has access to the main deck, a king bed, and its own private bathroom. The third bedroom has 2 double beds and direct access to the third full bathroom. All three bedrooms have new flat screen 26' TV/DVD combos.
The unit also offers full size washer and dryer in a separate laundry room and a huge foyer for all your beach bags, towels, and coolers.
Best of all is the deck. Enjoy cooking from a new gas grill and eating a meal while enjoying ALL the great views. The beach is a great place to people watch and across the way watch the boaters anchor and go for a swim. It also gives you an easy way to chat with others on the beach or docks. Super convenient to ask the kiddo's a quick question or let your group know it's time to eat :)
All of this and in a great area. The Ledges is in the heart of Osage Beach, the hub of most activities at the Lake of the Ozarks. You are just minutes from the 110 store Outlet Mall, which has a movie theater; boat rental; championship golf courses; go-carts; Big Surf Water Park; miniature golf; discount super centers; grocery stores; and many restaurants. If you want a night on the town with live music several times a week, there are many spots nearby to enjoy.

Everything about our stay was wonderful. The condo was very clean and comfy. The decor was beautiful and very up to date. Awesome view too! We have young children so having the beach right outside our door was amazing. We can't wait to come back :)Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

The condo was just as promised, very clean and well stocked! The master bathroom is just amazing!! The pictures don't lie, and the lake is just right behind the condo, it was nice waking up to it each morning. We went shopping at the outlet mall, and it was just about 15 minutes away. Very close to everything. We ate dinner at Jake Culpeepers on saturday night which was just 5 minutes away, and we were very pleased, there was 7 in our group, and all but one got the filet. They were all cooked perfectly, our only complaint would have been slow service. But the food was worth it. Jody and Vicki have kept me up to date with everything. We will definitely stay there again!! They have gone above and beyond to make people welcome and comfortable. What a wonderful condo and stay!!! 3 huge bedrooms, all with their own bathrooms! Pictures don't do it justice!! Beautifully updated with the BEST kitchen!! My group included 6 adults and 3 kids and we were all comfortable in the condo. I'm picky and I truly recommend this place!!! We will be back!Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

"You've really outdone yourself this time" is what I heard my family member say when she saw the condo I booked. The floor plan is perfect and it looks like it was just recently remodeled - it was wonderful! We definitely didn't want to leave - we wanted to move right in. You can tell that the owners care about this place as everything was in working order and very attractive. We enjoyed our stay very much! The location was great for the activities our family enjoys. We had everything we needed. My Grandchild enjoyed the wildlife that visited each day :0) We were able to use our computers without any difficulties when we needed to. The ONLY negative was the hot water supply for 6 adults and one child.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

This place was almost to nice to be a rental. Very large, well furnished and a great location right next to beach area. Not much of a channel view (which I like) but I would give that up to stay here again. Very competitive in pricing and very friendly people. Four adults, six kids, ranging in age from 1 yr to 13 yrs. Proximity to the beach area was a godsend. The older kids swam, and we sat on the deck and watched them, while the little ones were napping. Nice gradual entry to the lake, and an all sand bottom, we loved it. The condo itself is very fresh and updated, I even want to steal a few of the design ideas. Loved the kitchen, and the dining area, it was perfect for game playing in the evening. The beds were very comfortable, my son slept on the pull out couch and didn't complain. The place had really strong water pressure, so no complaints there. We'll definately be going back.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

About the owner: Thank you for taking a look. This is our second time owning a condo at the lake and we are very excited to share our vaction home. We have found the lake to be a great place to unwind and enjoy the company of our family and friends. Our goal to provide a wonderful place for everyone to make happy and lasting memories.
Why the Owner Chose The Ledges:
We sold our first condo because it was in the State Park. For us, too far from the amenities we enjoy. When we found this condo we knew it was for us. It is fantastic by land and water, plus we believe you couldn't ask for a better unit location.
