The master suite is your own private getaway with pool, mountain and lake views that will delight you. It has a king size bed, 42' flat-screen TV, two ceiling fans, gas fireplace and spacious walk in closet with two large dressers. The en-suite bathroom has travertine floors, duel sinks, spa bathtub, water closet and a walk-in shower with floor to ceiling tile.
Guest bedrooms 2 and 3 are located far away from the master bedroom on the East side of the house. Bedroom two has a King size bed, ceiling fan, 31' TV and en-suite bath with walk-in shower. Bedroom three has a Queen size bed, ceiling fan, 42' TV and a sliding glass door to the charming courtyard. It also has an en-suite bath with walk-in shower.
The fourth bedroom is a detached Casita. It has a King size bed, ceiling fan, 31' TV, gas fireplace, sliding glass door to a patio and a kitchenette with sink and refrigerator/freezer. It also has an en-suite bath with walk-in shower and water closet.
In addition to the four bedrooms, the home has a spacious den/office with 70' TV, surround sound, L-shape sofa and a desk with chair.
This La Quinta estate rental features an impressive Great Room floor-plan, so the living room, dining room, kitchen and breakfast nook are all in one area. For your comfort, the living room has a sofa, 3 chairs and a gas fireplace. Giant glass pocket doors open to the covered outdoor living area and offer pool, lake and mountain views. When the pocket doors are completely open, it is like the interior and exterior living rooms blend to form one indoor/outdoor space. For entertaining, the living room also features a large step-down wet-bar with ice maker, refrigerator and five comfortable bar stools.
The formal dining room has a large round glass table with six chairs. During the day, you can dine in the natural light that enters the dining room from a very large picture window. In addition to a formal dining area, the great room features a breakfast nook with rectangular wood table that can accommodate seven.
Adjacent to the breakfast nook is the Chef's kitchen with high-end Dacor appliances. Appliances include: Double oven, six-burner stove top, microwave and two large warming trays. The kitchen also features a walk-in pantry, TV, Miele Dishwasher, wine refrigerator and Island with seating for four.
The backyard of this estate home is as spectacular as its interior and has something for everyone. Facing North and offering panoramic views of the beautiful desert mountains and a pristine lake, there is something for everyone to enjoy. For swimmers, there is a 40' infinity pool that appears to flow right into the lake. For soakers, there is a large raised spa. For sunbathers, there is a sundeck with six lounge chairs.
