Welcome to 'Emerald Blue Condo' we are on the 1st floor just about 75 steps away from the beach. Our GROUND FLOOR unit is located within Gulfview II Condominiums a small 3 story complex with two gorgeous pools - one heated seasonally, a hot tub, beautiful tropical grounds with an outdoor grilling areas. Gulfview Condos is a small but very family friendly, couple oriented, girls getaway type of condos located on popular Scenic Gulf Drive (old Hwy 98).
We have a 1 bedroom with a comfortable queen size bed, there are built-in hallway bunk beds for the kids, and a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room, the condo will accommodate up to 6, no more than 4 adults at one time. We have also placed a new leather recliner in the living room along with the new sofa sleeper.
There is a kidney shaped pool right out your front door and we also have a large seasonally heated pool with a nice hot tub only steps away. There is an area just a few steps from the condo with furnished BBQ grills for those outdoor cooks. We have also provided beach chairs for your days at the beach, just be sure to bring your own beach towels. Gulfview Condominiums have several on site washers and dryers for your convenience.
The Beach View : Peek-a-boo view from your patio only, no actual view from within the condo. However the beach is only a few steps away from the condo thru the private gate.
There is free WIFI service provided along with a new 43 inch LED flat screen in the living room and a new 32 inch LED flat screen in the bedroom, with DVD players for both rooms.
Gulfview offers plenty of free parking and if you bring your bicycles there is a bike rack just down from your front door - just bring your bike locks for them and the trail is right in front of the Gulfview Condominiums complex - how convenient is that. Everyone can enjoy the walking, biking, running trail which is about 5 miles long.
There are plenty of restaurants to enjoy such as Kenny D's, Pompano Joes, Captain Dave's - all within walking distance. The Crab Trap, Hard Rock Cafe, Osaka's Japanese, Mcguires Irish Pub, The Back Porch, AJ's, Fudpuckers, The Donut Hole and many more.
Come to our 'Emerald Blue Condo' and enjoy the best of seafood, shopping, golfing, fishing and the beautiful beaches of the Gulf of Mexico.

DEPOSIT INFORMATION:
A deposit of $200.00 is due at time of booking along with a signed Rental Agreement to reserve the unit for your specific Check-in /Check-out dates.
The deposit is for reservation/security deposit, the guest is responsible for any damages that may occur during your tenancy. No charges will be deducted providing that the unit and contents of the unit are in the same condition as when the occupancy commenced and all terms of the agreement are met. The deposit shall be refunded within 14 days of the Checkout Date.
RENTAL RATE INFORMATION:
Payment in full shall be due no later than 30 days prior to arrival or if reservation is made within less than 30 days the full payment is due along with the deposit and signed contract.

Wonderful experience. The condo was well appointed and very clean. Terrific access to beach. We enjoyed our stay tremendously. We want to come back soon! We brought our Foriegn exchange student from Norway and he was really impressed with the beauty and closeness to the beach (and of coarse the girls) LOL.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway.

The condo was wonderful. Had a great time! The condo was on the bottom floor which was easy to come and go. The owner was so sweet and great to deal with. I will stay there again!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, romantic getaway.

I spent a week at this condo with my friend (a girls getaway!) We booked this condo last minute and Joyce was awesome to work with. She gave us a very fair price and really helped us out. Our deposit was late getting to her but she was nice enough to let us into the condo anyways. The walk to the beach is not far at all, and the road to cross is never busy. There are so many awesome places to eat and the beach and weather were all perfect! We had an amazing time and I hope to use your condo again! Thank you so much!!!!!!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, girls getaway.

My family and I stayed here during Thanksgiving break. The condo was wonderful! The owners were also a joy to work with. The condo had everything my family needed and it was just steps away from the beach! This condo had everything we needed for our stay. The location is great. It was a very short walk to the beach, which was beautiful and not overcrowded. Both pools were very nice and clean. We enjoyed a walk each day on the biker/walker path. We will definately keep this condo in mind for future visits to the area. The owners were wonderful to work with, we highly reccommend this condo!Recommended for: Families with young children.

This condo is really conveniently located in this complex an in the Destin Area. The condo is on the first floor and the patio exit is facing the parking lot so unloading what you brought for the stay is really easy. The pool is not far from the front door (Great if you have children who like to swim). You are not far from shopping areas and restaurants. The beach access is directly across the street. This is a great place for a decent price.Recommended for: Families with young children, romantic getaway.

We have spent the last 3 vacations at this unit and have no need to look further. Just as the pictures show it is very nice and so close to everything. We have found that even during the busiest times this beach area is less populated than most, and folks that stay here are mostly young families or mature folks like us, who are still young at heart.(HA) We have such a sense of relaxation and enjoy the condo, the beach, and local golf. Each year we cannot wait to get back!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.

About the owner: We are originally from Illinois and moved to LA (lower Alabama) in 2005, but our love for the Gulf of Mexico brought us to the Destin area and you just can't help but to fall in love with the beaches here and Destin is just so beautiful. Our home is just a little over 2 hours from our condo and that makes it the perfect get away for us.
Why the Owner Chose Gulfview:
We looked at many different properties but when we arrived at Gulfview it just felt like we were home. Everyone is friendly, the landscaping with its very tropical feel and the condo itself said to us 'this is the one'

You are so close to the beach - less than 75 steps and really if you don't want to leave the area you are within walking distance to some really nice restaurants Pompano Joe's, The Crab Trap and Kenny D's . If you like to grill out you have the grill area a few steps away from your front door.
