Tennis and outdoor basketball courts are within walking distance of Villa De Zen. Tennis racquets and basketball can be found in the Villa for your use. Your villa has 3 luxurious, carpet free bedrooms (sleeps 8) and 2 bathrooms. The large gourmet kitchen with the oversized granite island is made for entertaining as it features an open living concept allowing the chef to enjoy the 55' flat screen TV with all guests. The kitchen is equipped with cherry wood cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, microwave, gas range and oven, refrigerator w/ automatic water dispenser and ice maker, dishwasher, and pantry. The home is equipped with three water systems: whole house filtration, softener, and reverse osmosis. No need to ever purchase bottled water. All kitchen utensils: coffee maker, toaster, blender and baking wares are provided.
This home is for the traveler seeking to enjoy Vegas while enjoying all the luxuries of home. Golfers will be in paradise with this course which provides a perfect mix of variety, challenge and fun along with thousands of palm trees, 68 white sand bunkers and gently undulating Bermuda greens and fairways. Several kiddie parks will have the little ones smiling from ear to ear.
We provide, High Speed Wireless internet, wireless printing capacity (bring your laptops and Ipads) Four flat screen TVs with satellite service by DirecTV: 55' in Living Room, 55' in Master, '32 in 2nd and 3rd Guest bedrooms.
The master bath features dual sinks, huge shower and oversized walk-in closet. The 2nd guest bedroom has a Queen Size Bed and the 3rd bedroom has 2 Full size beds. We also provide a pack n play with linen so you can travel worry free.
We can provide you with details on limo services and securing show tickets. For long term rentals, we can arrange more frequent maid service for an additional fee. Inside the house you will find a binder which includes information on our favorite restaurants, and brochures and coupons for nearby activities.

About the owner: We are business owners and travel all over the world. Our latest trip will take us to Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia. When traveling, we rent homes whenever possible since they are more comfortable than hotel rooms and it's more cost effective than booking several hotel rooms when we have employees with us. We have stayed at many lovely homes and are now enjoying putting all the special touches we love into our home to share with you.

We have visited Las Vegas numerous times for conferences throughout the years. A realtor showed us several communities during one of our business trips and we both knew our search had ended when we found this community.
