This OC, Md. vacation rental is a single-family house in a quiet residential area just three blocks from the beach!! Booking SUMMER OF 2009 now - reserve early for choice dates! Rates vary by date; from $650 thru end of May for 4 nights. 'High Season' (6/22 thru 8/31) $800 to $950. Please check availability calendar PRIOR to contacting!

MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY - 6 adults. Can be flexible with infants or young children. Larger parties need to make other arrangements for larger space.
ALL RENTAL PERIODS BEGIN on MONDAY or FRIDAY. There's a THREE (3) NIGHT MINIMUM. Mini-weeks are 3 or 4 nights, Mon thru Fri or Fri thru Mon. FULL WEEKS or longer available. Can be more flexible during non-peak, 'shoulder' season, but unfortunately NOT during timeframe of June 15th - Sept 15th. Sorry, it's the only way to keep reservations on track during short, hectic summer season.
Beautiful surroundings - custom interior painting. Master bedroom features queen bed, cathedral ceiling, walk-in closet, and palladian window. The guest bedroom has full bed and the second guestroom has a queen. All bedrooms now have a television and there's another in the living room. Furniture has been updated - very retro pieces added this Spring!
This home has a washer, dryer, dishwasher, and private patio with super furniture (sun without hitting the beach, if last night was just too much fun!). House is predominantly tiled - saltillo in living room, dining room, kitchen, hall; bathrooms are ceramic. All bedrooms have carpeting. Extensive garden surrounds property, including large, shaded pergola, flagstone walkways and custom trellis. Many, many flowers and plants to enjoy during your evening glass of wine!
Within walking distance to the many fine restaurants, clubs, and bars that Ocean City, Md has to offer. CHECK link below to Google Map for location, location, location!
Two block walk to Ocean City's famous, "$2 all you can ride in 24 hours," bus line!! And the Atlantic Ocean!! Book your vacation NOW for prime weeks Fri - Fri) or mini-weeks (Mon - Fri; Fri - Mon). Choice dates and Holidays go first - so early reservations are highly suggested...
THREE night minimum rental. LINENS NOT GENERALLY PROVIDED, but arrangements can be made to have available, ask for information when making reservation/inquiry. If this is a deal breaker, let me know, as I've considered offering FULL LINEN PACKAGE (towels, sheets, etc) as part of rental. Time to make your vacation a bit less 'busy'...

The BEACH is just a 3 blocks stroll away. No having to hassle with finding a parking spot (or PAYING for one). Just fill your beach bag with a good novel, sun screen, a plastic bottle of water and beach towel and HEAD EAST! If it's too windy or cool-ish for the beach, just step out onto the deck - there's a comfortable, adjustable lounge chair as well as patio table, 4 bouncy chairs and huge umbrella. Oh, and a BLENDER in the kitchen for those tasty summer FROZEN drinks!
