Within minutes of the Interstate I-75, this location provides easy access to Naples, Sarasota and the Florida Gulf Coast World famous beaches. General Description:
This home is absolutely stunning...it has everything, plus...the heated pool, the golf course, and of course the view!
Located in Eagle Lake Estates in a community of 79 homes. Beautiful view, heated pool (if choose to), fenced yard.
Family Room:
A great room design with a comfy couch to lounge in front of a flat screen tv.
The inviting kitchen is very bright and open with an eat in breakfast table.
Master Suite:
Overlooks the pool and lake with one closet available and bathroom connected.
Guest Bedroom:
The guest bedroom has a queen size bed with closet and TV inside. It is opposite side of the master bedroom next to the other extra bedroom as well as the pool bath.
Twin Room:
The Room provides Two Twin Beds, is tastefully decorated, and has a large walk in closet.
Lanai/Pool: Outside, the over-sized lanai has ceiling fans, dining area, lounge chairs, a Gas Grill for cooking outside the Lanai if you should wish to. The Pool is a tear drop shape, easy to do laps in if choose & is Electrically heated.
Garage.
There are his & her bikes that you may use if you feel energetic.
The house has a Laundry Room with a washer, dryer, ironing board and iron. There are towels and necessities available.
This is the perfect Florida home. Everything is provided for you - so you really just need to bring your clothes.

My husband and I and our 8-month old son stayed here for our first family vacation, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was a great central location for everything we wanted to do and see. And we really couldn't have asked for more at the house. It was great to just hang out there and play in the pool. The house is very spacious, way more space than the three of us needed. When we come back we will bring friends!Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, pet owners, girls getaway, sightseeing, romantic getaway.
