About the owner: I grew up in San Diego and have always loved the beach. I love spending time with friends and family taking advantage of stand up paddle boarding in the ocean and riding beach cruisers along the 101.
Why the Owner Chose Cardiff by the Sea:
I had been looking for property for about a year before I found this townhouse. I just happened to be walking by and the minute I saw it, I knew it was perfect. The perfect location (beach is 2 blocks, restaurants are around the corner, easy access to freeway) and the perfect size (spacious enough so that you don't feel crowded, but small enough to maintain easily).
The Unique Benefits at this Townhome:
The ocean views are one of my favorite things about this home. I love to watch the sunset over the Pacific at night, but even more, I love that the blue ocean is the first thing I see when I wake up in the morning.
