Enjoyed my 3-4 week stay. A wonderful community and so close to the beach literally a 2 minute walk. Owner couldn't be nicer and very responsive to any needs. Manager also a doll. Will be back, loved the neighborhood and people I met. F.M.-NYRecommended for: Romantic getaway, pet owners, tourists without a car, age 55+, adventure seekers, people with disabilities, sightseeing.

My experience in renting this cute beachside condo was quite pleasant from the start, due to the friendly nature of the owner, Bob, who was accommodating, courteous and easy to work with throughout the booking and stay. I rented the condo for my daughter who was visiting us...she has a dog so we wanted a "dog-friendly" place for her, and this is one of the few Landlords on Siesta Key who welcomes pets. The condo itself is very clean and extremely well located...while not large it does include a nice screened-in lanai and a large outdoor pool deck and swimming pool, which is shared by the other 3 condos in the same building. It would be hard to find a more convenient location on the island--I like this area better then being in the Siesta Key Village area because the beach is more private in this location but shares the same incredible sand as the more crowded public beach further north near the Village. Just a short stroll from this condo is the world-famous Crescent Beach, voted the #1 beach in the USA by Dr. Beach. The condo comes well equipped for cooking at home, but there are several really good restaurants within easy walking distance. One of our favorites in all of Sarasota is just 2 blocks away--Javier's, a great Peruvian restaurant with a varied menu including an outstanding Caesar salad, great barbecue ribs and our favorite--the Charlie's Special, a skewer of grilled shrimp and bacon-wrapped scallops (not on the menu, but just ask for it). Also a short walk from the condo is Captain Curt's, which has the best clam chowder in Florida (that I have tried). If you are looking for a reasonably priced, very cute/clean and extremely well located place to stay on Siesta Key, you can't go wrong with this property.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, pet owners, tourists without a car, girls getaway, adventure seekers, sightseeing.

Great location. Clean and well equipped. Bright and sunny. Pool area is very nice and laundry facilities were terrific. Good value. We will definitely stay here again.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, pet owners, sightseeing.

Our property manager Bob was awesome at helping us find a place and he was great with helping us get over a few bumps in the road for example switching vacation weeks, number of people going etc. The unit was very nice however the rules of the unit was placed inside a cabinet and was not discovered until the day before we left. Some of the rules I thought should be included in the cleaning fee. We had everything we needed except for paper towels and additional toilet paper. Over all a great experience and we are planning to return.Recommended for: Girls getaway.
