There are two sets of sliding doors to the deck, one to the family room and one to the master bedroom; wake to a beautiful sunrise. Sit on the deck at night, watching the moon rise then slip serenely into your room without disturbing anyone. Enjoy the quality mattress and bedding in the master and queen pullout sofa in family room with upgraded mattress. New carpet installed June 2011.
The second bedroom has its own sliding door to a balcony overlooking the pool and canal. Watch the boats and enjoy the sunset. The private, sparkling clean pool has an abundance of comfortable lounge chairs, tables and umbrellas and a shower for rinsing.
Walk across a quiet street to the newly refurbished white sand beach and when you return you can rinse off by the pool and leave your accessories in the closet next to the shower. Each unit has a locked closet in the parking structure so take advantage of yours with new beach chairs, boogie boards and toys available for use; no hauling sand and beach toys up and down. Why the Owner Chose Carolina Beach
We have sisters in Wilmington and decided it was easier to buy a place in Carolina Beach than to keep renting! We love the quiet pace there.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
Love the sun and moon rises over the ocean and the sunsets over the canal. Love watching and listening to the waves and being close enough to run, walk or sit on the beach when ever we want. Especially love the warm Atlantic as opposed to freezing Pacific ocean!

Carolina Beach is the best kept secret for vacationers. Our stay was one of complete comfort surrounded by dolphins playing in the ocean, fantastic view from the front deck bedroom, living room and kitchen! We spend endless hours on the front deck sitting on the comfortable patio furniture while listening to the waves crash on shore and watching the seagulls diving for fish-not to mention dolphin watching. Your condo offers all the comforts of home. We loved the small details you offer. Two TV's linens, towels, all kitchen cooking supplies form an 8qt pot to a blender and mixer. The washer and dryer work better than my new ones at home! The master queen bed is sweet. I have a bad back and this mattress let me sleep well and in no pain. Every day was sunny and never missed a day at the pool or beach. We enjoyed all that Wilmington has to offer from excellent restaurants to visiting the historic sites. We are already planning a trip for next year to bring more family members here to experience all Carolina Beach has to offer. PS Loved the bucket full of goodies - it was a nice way to start our most memorable vacation!

What a great place you have here! We have lover our stay...from the moment we got here and saw your lovely goody basket until the easy departure, your place has felt like home to us. This condo is great. The views are awesome. We slept with the sliding glass door open every night to listen to the ocean it was so relaxing! We had a great time! And this was a great way to spend our first week as husband and wife! We did not venture far from the condo. We enjoyed walking and laying out on the beach, looking for seashells, sitting on the balconies and lounging in the condo. The condo has such a great location. We walked a lot of places and enjoyed eating at the local restaurants. We also enjoyed the pool area; it was quite relaxing. We enjoyed every day that we were here and wanted for nothing. Watched TV, played games, hung out and relaxed. I had never heard of Carolin Beach but I truly love it.As we are here before the summer rush, it was quiet and not many people around. This was also my husband's first trip to the beach so it was cute watching get into the ocean for the first time! Overall, we had a great time an dwe have discussed coming back for our 1st anniversary.

We had such a fun time this past week! Thank you so much for allowing us the opportunity to stay at your condo! We found it to be really cozy and kid friendly. We had so much fun @ the beach, aquarium and just relaxing! The goodies were such a nice treat! We are going home loaded with shells (the kids fave activity!) Thank you for a wonderful weekend at your lovely condo. The view from both balconies is spectacular! Who would have believed that we could be enjoying our morning coffee outside on the balcony in January! It was a perfect way to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary. It is so quiet and peaceful here this time of year. We enjoyed a walk on the beach, the aquarium at Fort Fisher and the delicious clam chowder at Michael's. Thanks again for your hospitality.

We have to go home TOO soon! We want to tell you that we've stayed in a lot of condos - but never anything that actually made us feel at "home" until now. You are all awesome! You have truly thought of every comfort for your guests. No wonder all of their notes include exclamation points and words like Super, Fantastic, Wonderful. Everyday was better than the day before (except this one-we have to go home) The bday party, meal at Freddie's, the golf, boat trip-everything was perfect.
