Master bedroom has king comfort select bed with private bath, bedrooms 2 & 3 have 'kingsdown' queen size beds. Property is gated and private on a point of land with water on 3 sides. Each bedroom has lake views. Property has it's own boat launch ramp making it easy to launch and retrieve water craft. Home has large covered patio facing the lake and a large outdoor grill area just outside the kitchen. Jennair appliances in kitchen, fisher&paykel dishdrawer dishwasher, washer and dryer, covered boathouse with wonderful and safe swim area. Living room has 52 inch flat screen TV with Bose DVD surround sound. DVD library of over 50 movies. Home is about 5 years old and is beautifully appointed throughout.

My Family and I stayed here for about a month,and thouroghly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful, peaceful, lake front getaway. It was very relaxing with a stunning view of the lake on a point with (clean, manicured) shoreline on three sides. A truly unique frontage to this body of water.The spotless house was well thought out with its upscale kitchen and baths and many amenities. My wife and I loved the king {Sleep Number} bed in the master bedroom which had a view of the lake out every window. Watching the fish jump as the sun sets from the hot tub, were some of our favorite times there. A good deal of time also spent under the covered patio area, and fishing was great right off the end of the dock. This Property provided more ameneties and enjoyment, than we expected. The description and photos couldnt explain how beautiful the property really is.Recommended for: Age 55+, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, families with young children.

About the owner: My wife and I live in Chattanooga, TN. We use our lake home for vacations and weekends when we can. We are only an hour away in case there is a problem and are easy to get in contact with in case you need one of us.
Why the Owner Chose Spring City:
We purchased this property for the incredible views it has. It is hard to find real estate like the type this home sits on. It has water views from every window, faces west for beautiful sunsets and has privacy unmatched in other homes. It is close enough for us to use, but far enough away to feel like we went somewhere. We have twin daughters, and one of them got married here about 5 years ago about a year after we purchased it.
The Unique Benefits at this House:
The property, the views, the place it is on the lake with protected water for swimming and water sports. With it's own boat ramp it is the perfect place for a lake side vacation.
