This spacious two bedroom, two bath, smoke-free condominium is an end unit located on the top (fourth) floor offering both beauty, privacy and quiet. The view from the lanai overlooks a lovely lake and the second hole of the Cedar Hammock Golf and Country Club.

There is a car port and a large outside storage area where you will find two deluxe touring bicycles, a set of golf clubs and beach chairs for the use of our guests. With the use of a convertible couch (queen size) in our den and a large sectional couch and love seat in the living room we can sleep as many as seven.

The condominium is approximately four miles from beautiful, cosmopolitan, downtown Naples and beaches featuring the famous Naples Pier. We are twenty five minutes by car from Marco Island in one direction and the Fort Myers area (and Sanibel Island) in the other.

Cedar Hammock is a gated community with a new 22,000 square foot clubhouse with fine and casual dining including a bar, tennis courts, pools, spas, hot tub, fitness center and pro shop.

There is a small transfer fee for the wonderful 18-hole Championship Lewis/Azinger Signature Golf Course with a complete practice facility. The course features an exciting par three island green on the fourth hole.

With the golf course, tennis courts, walking paths, beaches, shopping and fishing there is no limit to what you can do in this great vacation area with all the comforts of home in a new, modern condo!
