Located on secluded, tranquil cul de sac, beautifully landscaped overlooking lush lake complete with fountain. Brand new furnishings - king bed, 2 twin beds and queen sleeper sofa. Bedrooms separated by a spacious open living/dining area includes flat screen T.V., dining table with seating for 6+, fully equipped gourmet kitchen with eat-in dinette. Brand new linens. Full laundry facilities within the condo.
Golf on the Glades two lovely 18 hole golf courses - a par 70, short but challenging and a par 55 executive course both featuring Paspalum greens, tees and fairways. Golfers have the unique benefit of walking our courses (not mandatory to rent a golf cart) anytime of day and enjoy the acres of natural preserves and lakes recently certified as an Audubon Cooperative Sanctuary System. There are putting greens and a chipping area. Pro Shop with shoe and bag storage.
Complimentary tennis - 10 courts with two different surfaces, a substantial bocce league, and shuffleboard courts. Nine swimming pools one a short walk from the condo.
The Glades community also offers many amenities - Bridge, Euchre, Mahjong, Yoga, Karaoke, Bingo, Dinner Dances, Cruises, Golf Learning Center, Library, Computer Room, Art Room and Craft Center.
