This house has it all. 6 bedrooms plus a game room, pool, hot tub and golf putting range! The owner is awesome and will do everything to make your stay enjoyable. We had a blast going to see spring training games and coming back for the pool and hot tub. We also had billiards tournaments at night and watched movies on the HDTVs. What an amazing rental house.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

The house was exactly as described in the listing and the pictures were accurate. The property was very clean and wel furnished with all the necessary supplies. It was centrally located and near several major attractions. I would definitely reccomend it to my friends and relatives.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.

We enjoyed our Christmas holiday here at this beautiful house. It is very large and there was plenty of space for us all! It was very clean and well kept. Tons of towels, blankets and linens. The pool was really nice with the lights and fountains but wished it was heated enough to be able to go for a swim. Very nice, comfortable patio furniture. The little toddler bed and high chair came in very handy! My daughter loved her "butterfly room"! Michelle and Isla were excellent at returning emails and answering all our questions and more!! Thank you very much!! I would definitely recommend staying here!Recommended for: Age 55+, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

I would definately recommend staying here! I can't wait to come back. The house was very clean and stunning especially the backyard. You can pick your own orange off the orange tree in the backyard, practice putting on the putting green before you head out for a day of golf then come home and unwind in the fabulous hot tub and the pool is awsome!!! Its close to golfing, shopping, nightlife, and the hockey and football stadium is within walking distance! Property is on a quiet cul-de-sac, very peaceful at night, the beds are comfortable, rooms are spacious. There is a great pool table room for the nights you just want to hang out at home. If you get a chance check out the Dueling Piano Bar that is close by I think the name of the mall is Westgate - 5 minute drive from the property. Thanks for the wonderful stay and I will be back!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

About the owner: We purchased this home after visiting the area in Christmas of 2011. We fell in love with Arizona and Glendale in particular. We currently call South Surrey in British Columbia home but try to visit Arizona as much as possible. The sun is always shining and there is so much to do and see. We love catching any major league sporting events and especially when the Canucks are in town. The shopping, golfing, restaurants and night life is amazing. There is so many things to see and do that everyday is a new adventure. For days of relaxing we just sit by the pool and soak up the sun. Life is good:)
Why the Owner Chose Glendale:
We were drawn to this property because of the quiet and private cul-de-sac location (you will not see your neighbors while listening to music and sun tanning in the back yard). This home provides perfect serenity whether you are looking to relax and ultimate privacy if you want to entertain. We love the floor plan which provides plenty or rooms and things do to if you need to escape. We love the picturesque homes in the neighborhood and the proximaty to Westgate Village, Jobing Arena and downtown Phoenix, NFL stadium, NBA Stadium, golfing, shopping, restaurants, downtown Phoenix, and the Airports.
