This home was exactly as described. The property was well maintained and had some recent updates that made for an enjoyable stay. Drew was readily available for any questions or concerns we had during our month long stay. It was a convienent location for traveling thoughout the Pheonix area. My only negative comment is the staff from the SunLakes were not very welcoming. However, the staff at the other three associations were very friendly and happy to have us use their ammenities.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, pet owners, sightseeing, people with disabilities.

The property renovations were significant. Everything was clean and professionally decorated. I am hoping the next renovations to be considered will be in the kitchen such as new stove,oven,and cabinets. Everything was adequate and operational,but needs major updating.Recommended for: Age 55+.
