This is it--the perfect location for your Myrtle Beach getaway! We have a clean, comfortable, convenient and affordable place for you to visit year after year. With 3 bedrooms, a queen sofa bed, and 2 baths, our unit is perfect for families and group trips. Overlooking Myrtlewood Golf Course, with gorgeous views of fairway, green, and a lake, this is the perfect and convenient location for enjoying the numerous local golf courses of Myrtle Beach!
Originally our personal vacation home, this condo is beautifully furnished and includes any and every little thing you will need away from home. This is a spacious second story end unit with lots of light, large living area, and free cable and wireless internet.
There is an elevator in our building, making it easy to move in and out of the condo. Parking is adjacent and plentiful in front of the building. The master bedroom has a king bed, and each of the other 2 bedrooms has twin beds which can be easily converted into kings, making it the perfect place for golfers or family groups. With the addition of the queen sofa bed, this unit comfortably sleeps 8. Televisions are in all bedrooms, as well as a large TV in the living area. The kitchen is fully equipped for those chosing to eat in, and there are several nearby BBQ and picnic areas for the grillmasters in your group. The newest pool in Magnolia Pointe is just steps away!
The master bath has twin sinks and tub/shower combo. The second bath has a large shower. Ample sheets, blankets, and towels are provided for your use, as well as a washer, dryer, iron, and ironing board.
Relax after your busy day of golfing or beachcombing on the balcony overlooking the golf course and pool. Magnolia Pointe is located in the center of Myrtle Beach, yet is able to provide a relaxing and restful setting for visitors.
The ocean is only 1.5 miles away with plentiful public parking in the residential section of the city. The famous “Broadway at the Beach” is blocks away. This is the home of Ripley’s Aquarium, Margaritaville, and 350 acres of other dining, shopping, theatres, miniature golf, amusement rides, fireworks, and countless other attractions. This condo is located just minutes from Myrtle Waves Water Park, NASCAR Speedway Park, Broadway at the Beach, the NEW Pirates Voyage, The Alabama Theater, Planet Hollywood, blocks from Cal Ripken Baseball Expereince Complex, Coastal Grand Mall and the new Market Common development. Only 4 miles from the Myrtle Beach Convention Center! In addition, the new Boardwalk opened in downtown Myrtle Beach and houses the Tallest Ferris Wheel in the East - complete with closed in heated/cooled cars so you can enjoy the FANTASTIC view of the ocean and shoreline from the top! There are many shops to enjoy on the boardwalk as well, and you'll have direct access to the beach and public restrooms.
Motorcycles, trailers, RVs & sportscraft are not allowed in the complex. However, parking is available at the front office.

Completely enjoyed a quiet and peaceful stay in this lovely condo. Wonderful golf course view! Very nicely furnished! This is the perfect location to enjoy Myrtle Beach.Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.
