THIS IS A SECOND FLOOR CONDO WITH A FANTASTIC VIEW. Gulf Dunes is one of the Newest Condominium Facilities in the area, and is just a Few Minutes from Downtown Destin. You will be within walking distance to many inviting areas such as the Fishing Boat Harbor, Restaurants, and Shops.
This is a "No Smoking" Unit which will sleep six people comfortably. The Master Bedroom has a King Size Bed, there are Two Single Bunks in the main hall, and there is a Queen Sleeper Sofa in the den. There are two individual vanities and toilets (each in it's own room), a full size tub/shower, and a washer and dryer in the condo.
This Beach Front Property is accented with Tennis Courts, a Private Gym, two Seasonally Heated Pools, and Protected Natural Dunes. There is 426 feet of Gulf Front Privacy, two private Dune walkovers with showers, and Relaxing lush tropical landscaping.
Though Destin and it's attractions are only a short drive away, this stretch of Powder White Beach is much more secluded. Okaloosa Island is conveniently located 1 mile from the New Convention Center, 2 miles from Fort Walton, and only 6 miles from Destin.

Why the Owner Chose Gulf Dunes
Okaloosa Island is, by far, the best location for family beach vacations. Close to everything that the city of Destin has to offer, but tucked away on it's own little stretch of powder white beach. Most of the island is uninhabited, which lends to more seclusion and privacy. The resorts are limited on height, which lends to less crowded beaches and less congestion. Truely, this is the best location for family beach fun.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Our condo is one floor above the ground, so the view is wonderful, and the location is spectacular. It is also conveniently located near the elevator and the stairs. Some vacationers prefer the stairs over the elevators, but each is right there, so choose your preference. We offer bright colors for vivid memories. We have decorated with up-to-date furniture and appliances to make your vacation more relaxing and fun. We also offer timely service calls should the need arrise, so you won't feel like you've rented from someone who is hundreds of miles away. All of our correspondence is backed with email, and we take care of everything. All you need to do is email or call us for your reservation, and the rest is up to us.

The moment we walked in the door, we fell in love! The weather wasn't the greatest during our stay, but we had a great time! The W/D were a huge bonus-both worked very quickly. The condos are very well kept, the residents were friendly when we ran into them. Overall, this is a very quiet and lovely place. Great for families who want to relax without lots of noise, etc. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was perfect! We ate at a place in Destin (VERY SHORT DRIVE) called Harbor Docks. I suggest the Grouper. :) This property is located very near anything you could want to do or see. I will be booking here again. Thank you Bob and Stacy, for your wonderful services and lovely place to stay. Can't say enough great things about it!
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, adventure seekers, sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+, people with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway.

We were fortunate enough to book this condo during the second week of July this summer. There are five of us (parents with boys ages 20, 17, and 13) and we fit very comfortably. The decor really adds to atmosphere----perhaps I can have Bob and Stacey come to Louisiana to decorate my home! The beach was wonderful and having the daily setup was so convenient! The walk from the condo to the beach was short and quick. Nearby, you will find parasailing (Gilligan's was great) and deep sea fishing (firstime deep sea fishers should really consider The Swoop- they were awesome)! Great food is an easy walk or short drive away. The local grocery is just over the bridge which is also a short walk or drive. Convenience rules at this location! Bob and Stacey have thought of every possible need you could have before you ever get there. There are plenty of cooking utensils, plates, bowls, cups, and small appliances. One thing I found very helpful was the clothes washing set up with the washer, dryer, and detergent- wait until you see how Bob pulled this one off! I didn't come home with suitcases full of dirty clothes! If you choose to rent this condo, you will have no regrets! It is a wonderful home away from home!
