This cozy cabin feel home offers some of the most spectacular views available at Mayfield Lake. You can enjoy views of the lake from almost every room in the house or while sipping a glass of wine sitting on the spacious deck. Outdoors there is a private patio seating area, hot tub, barbeque, fire pit and extensive landscaped yard. Indoors the great room offers high ceilings with TV/DVD/Sterio, books, games and internet access. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, cookware and utensils. The laundry room has a washer and dryer. Sheets, blankets and towels are all provided for our guests.

This is a wonderful place. It was very clean and the view of the lake is great. It was easy to find. Area is quiet. It more then met our needs. We plan on returning in 2014. We would definitely recommend this property to friends and relatives. The photos accurately reflect the property. We did not visit any nearby restaurants or activities. Owner was extremely helpful and easy to work with.Recommended for: Age 55+, girls getaway.

This is a great spot to kick back and get away. The cabin is cozy and warm but spacious and well designed to house lots of folks. There are several outdoor deck/patio spaces great for beers and campfire or sharing a bottle of wine with a friend. The hot-tub is the perfect spot to watch the stars go around while soaking off a day of fun. This would be a great spot to get a couple of families together or to have a "staycation" holiday. Just a little under two hours from Seattle, right down the hill from White Pass, far enough out to feel secluded without making the kids spend a day in the car. The cabin was immaculately clean, modern and well taken care of. Cable, wi-fi, surround sound, DVD collection, toys for the kiddos and plenty of wine glasses in the cupboards. There is a big asphalt pad where the kids rode their bikes, well off of any roads. There is a grassy yard and its only a short walk to a park/playground.Did you find this review helpful? Perfect rental home no matter what season. THE place to stay if you want to be close to White pass for skiing or boating on the lake. The rental is fully furnished and has all comforts to make you feel at home. House is very spacious and fully furnished with every amenity you can think of. It is perfect whether you want a little get away or summer vacation. It is kept very clean and property is well taken care of. Great views of Mayfield Lake and surrounding areas. My favorite was the wrap around deck with hot tub overlooking the lake. Walking distance to Mayfield resort restaurant and boat launch. The owner was very accommodating and helpful. I look forward to returning here winter or summer!Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, tourists without a car, people with disabilities, adventure seekers, girls getaway.

We had a great time at the home. There is lots of sleeping room and had the best view of the vacation rentals in the area. The lawn was big ang great for the kids to play in. About the owner: My husband and I grew up in the Northwest and live in Western Washington.
Why the Owner Chose Mossyrock:
We purchased this property so that we could offer a regular vacation home to our young son. We wanted to be able to 'get away from it all' without a long drive from home. We look forward to many years of playing on the lake at this property.

We fell in love with this property because it has a wonderful cabin by the lake feeling. We felt the history of years of family fun that the house has provided and wanted to have that for ourselves as well as offering that for others.
