  We LOVED our stay at Breaker View. It was our first time to Sea Ranch and this house was perfect for our family with a 7 and 9 year old. The house is just about a minute walk to the bluff and a few minute walk to many of the beaches. Tons to explore. There's a nice view of the ocean from the living room window, even though it's not right on the bluff. We actually saw whales passing by from the living room window. Amazing!! The house was SO well equipped with everything we could have needed and more. And games, puzzles, drawing supplies, movies for kids. The town of Gualala with a few restaurants and grocery stores is only about a five minute drive. We were all very sad to leave, and will definitely be back again!!

  We had a lovely weekend stay at Breaker View; the house is perfect for three adult couples. Great kitchen with lots of counter space and equipment; and the sunny view is great

  We arrived with two guests from Thailand. When we opened the door we were surprised how beautiful and so well equipped the home was. Needless to say we enjoyed our stay and will be back.

  We had a wonderful time watching the storm approach from the ocean and hearing the oversized waves crash to the shore and riding our bikes in the sunshine. All in the same weekend! Your home is so comfortable and well appointed, that I know we'll be back. The girls loved your book selection in the kids room, which made them feel right at home. The only thing we would add is a small bench in the hallway for removing shoes (and maybe some hooks as well). You kind of notice these things when it's wet outside. It's so nice to see a lot of thought put into making guests feel comfortable. We felt as though we had the perfect house available to relax and enjoy. We're looking forward to coming back.

  Girls weekend was a blast - we just sat on the deck and laughed - the best medicine. Lots of pictures were taken to remember this great spot. Thanks again for sharing.
