This five bedroom, four and a half bath home has the best second row views of the ocean on Hilton Head. YOU WILL FEEL LIKE YOU ARE OCEANFRONT WITHOUT PAYING THE PRICE OF AN OCEANFRONT HOME. Three of the bedrooms are king size beds and one is set up with twins, but can be converted to an additional king. They all have private baths attached. All except one has double sinks. One of the bedrooms is a second master bedroom with jacuzzi tub and separate shower. The MEDIA ROOM WITH 52 INCH SCREEN is set up in the fifth bedroom with a sofa bed that sleeps two.
All linens are included (as well as linens for the sofa bed), and the spacious kitchen has abundant utensils and dishes, small appliances, an additional Scotsman ice maker, garbage disposal, etc. You can gourmet cook if you choose, or walk to the numerous restaurants, shopping/theater in Coligny Plaza in five minutes. There is FREE WIRELESS HIGH SPEED INTERNET and a fax available. UNLIMITED LONG DISTANCE AND LOCAL CALLS.
You will love the large porches for relaxing, reading, having your meals, etc. as you look out at the ocean. The heated pool/spa area is totally private and there is an outdoor shower. There is plenty of parking under the house, as well as room for cars in the double driveways.
Golf and tennis is nearby and the bike paths will take you anywhere on the island.
This is a vacation home our family has used and loved for many years and is kept in immaculate condition. You will find many personal touches in the house that are not normally in rental homes.

As we prepare to leave, our 5 yr. old grandson sums up our perfect week as he says, "Please, Grandma, call them up and ask if we can please stay just seven more days!" Our only complaint is that it went way too fast. We will be back and hope that we can return here.....an absolute perfect spot for a family week together.

We stayed here last year (all adults)and this year we have our 3 children (grandchildren). We had an even better time this year!!! The house was perfect and they loved having their "own" pool. The youngest one (8 yrs.) asked if we could stay another week!! We all agree!!
