This five bedroom, four and a half bath home has the best second row views of the ocean on Hilton Head. YOU WILL FEEL LIKE YOU ARE OCEANFRONT WITHOUT PAYING THE PRICE OF AN OCEANFRONT HOME. There are three king size bedrooms and a fourth one is set up with twins, but can be converted to an additional king. They all have private baths attached. All except one has double sinks. One of the king bedrooms is a second master bedroom with jacuzzi tub and separate shower. The MEDIA ROOM WITH 52 INCH SCREEN is set up in the fifth bedroom with a sofa bed that sleeps two and shares a Jack & Jill bath with the twin bedroom.
All linens are included (as well as linens for the sofa bed), and the spacious kitchen has abundant utensils and dishes, small appliances, an additional Scotsman ice maker, garbage disposal, etc. You can gourmet cook if you choose, or walk to the numerous restaurants, shopping/theater in Coligny Plaza in five minutes. There is FREE WIRELESS HIGH SPEED INTERNET and a fax available. UNLIMITED LONG DISTANCE AND LOCAL CALLS.
You will love the large porches for relaxing, reading, having your meals, etc. as you look out at the ocean. The heated pool/spa area is totally private and there is an outdoor shower. There is plenty of parking under the house, as well as room for cars in the double driveways.
Golf and tennis is nearby and the bike paths will take you anywhere on the island.
This is a vacation home our family has used and loved for many years and is kept in immaculate condition. You will find many personal touches in the house that are not normally in rental homes.

Our family had a wonderful week at your beautiful, spacious, fully equipped home. We wish we could stay another week or better yet, the entire summer. We loved the media room and the pool. We could have stayed on the upper deck all day long and enjoy the view and the sound of the ocean waves.

This week was SO much fun and such a WONDERFUL house and location. The listing and photos were very accurate, clean, and just as described. We would all surely do this again and recommend this rental to others. The 6 of us will be talking about this for a long time and all the memories and fun we had here. Have been visiting Hilton Head since 1981, but this was the best!

We leave tomorrow morning for our long drive back. We have loved our week here and enjoyed every bit of your lovely home. Favorite things include the view of the ocean, the well equipped kitchen, the pool, the view of the ocean, the media room, the laundry, and the view of the ocean! After long deliberation, we all agree that the ONLY possible improvement to this house would be a water slide from the upper deck to the pool. :-)

As we're about to leave Hilton Head yet another year, we weren't sure this trip could surpass last year's stay here at your fantastic home! Each year we go to Hilton Head for our family vacation. Our week in this lovely home provided memories for us to remember for years to come. Our six grandchildren loved the pool and hot tub, and so did the older children too! The owners offered many amenties that aren't provided in some rentals. The neighbors were nice and friendly,and we enjoyed talking with them. Access to the beach is great, and I was able to make pictures of the grandchildren playing on the beach from the porch. The ocean views were great, and the breeze from the ocean was very enjoyable. This home offers all anyone would want for a fun-filled vacation at Hilton Head, and the location is excellent for all activities.
