This week was SO much fun and such a WONDERFUL house and location. The listing and photos were very accurate, clean, and just as described. We would all surely do this again and recommend this rental to others. The 6 of us will be talking about this for a long time and all the memories and fun we had here. Have been visiting Hilton Head since 1981, but this was the best!

Our family had a wonderful week at your beautiful, spacious, fully equipped home. We wish we could stay another week or better yet, the entire summer. We loved the media room and the pool. We could have stayed on the upper deck all day long and enjoy the view and the sound of the ocean waves.

Best vacation home we stayed in. The porch deck was used everyday. Always stayed in Palmetto, but now......love walking to Coligny.

We leave tomorrow morning for our long drive back. We have loved our week here and enjoyed every bit of your lovely home. Favorite things include the view of the ocean, the well equipped kitchen, the pool, the view of the ocean, the media room, the laundry, and the view of the ocean! After long deliberation, we all agree that the ONLY possible improvement to this house would be a water slide from the upper deck to the pool. :-)

As we're about to leave Hilton Head yet another year, we weren't sure this trip could surpass last year's stay here at your fantastic home! Our trip was filled with lots of fun in the sun and sand filled swimsuits. Thank you for opening your fabulous beach getaway to our families as we enjoyed yet another memorable trip the the island. Each year we go to Hilton Head for our family vacation. Our week in this lovely home provided memories for us to remember for years to come. Our six grandchildren loved the pool and hot tub, and so did the older children too! The owners offered many amenties that aren't provided in some rentals. The neighbors were nice and friendly,and we enjoyed talking with them. Access to the beach is great, and I was able to make pictures of the grandchildren playing on the beach from the porch. The ocean views were great, and the breeze from the ocean was very enjoyable. This home offers all anyone would want for a fun-filled vacation at Hilton Head, and the location is excellent for all activities.

As we prepare to leave, our 5 yr. old grandson sums up our perfect week as he says, "Please, Grandma, call them up and ask if we can please stay just seven more days!" Our only complaint is that it went way too fast. We will be back and hope that we can return here.....an absolute perfect spot for a family week together.

We wanted to thank the Alberts for providing such a wonderful beach house. We had the best vacation ever. The view was great and so close to the beach. The pool and hot tub were also terrific. We would stay here again, for sure!!

We stayed here with our 4 children and their grandparents. It was a relaxing and beautiful week. We especially loved the view from the upper porch and ate all of our meals there and sat and watched the moonshine on the ocean at night.

The weather was perfect!! The house was perfect!! I have a hard time calling it a house since it felt like more a home. You have it decorated so nice.
