The condo is located in a walkable, tranquil gated community with parking at the door; it is located in a forested area a stroll away from every convenience (shopping, restaurants, movie theater, etc.); it's a short drive from the Southwest International Airport, Gulf beaches, golf courses, nature preserves, marinas, live theater and concert venues; you have use of a beautifully maintained pool and spa; there is a gas grill on your private fenced patio; there are lush tropical gardens front and rear of condo. It is on the 1st floor with no unit above.
The home has a large screened lanai (with storm and privacy shutters) with exercise machine and dinette; newly updated, it is a beautifully designed and immaculate 1100 square feet of open concept living space; central heat and air conditioning is controlled by you and there are also ceiling fans; there are two bedroom suites (one king and one queen) with walk in closets and handicap accessible bathrooms; the living area has a flat screen TV with basic cable, a DVD Player and a Bose CD/Radio; the kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances including a washer/dryer, garbage disposal, coffee maker; all bed linens and towels, china, flatware, glassware, cooking implements, etc.
Beach chairs, beach towels, and a couple of comfort type, multi speed, wide tire bicycles (one boy and one girl) are here for your enjoyment. All you need to bring are clothes, toiletries and favorite 'toys.'

We had the pleasure of staying in this beautifully appointed condo. Each room is carefully decorated and it truly offers all the comforts of home. A breezy lanai, bikes to ride, and plenty of amenities in the kitchen for preparing meals. Although it's walking distance to movies, shopping and restaurants, the condo has a very woodsy, private feel. A truly welcoming and wonderful home. The perfect spot!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.

The stay was enjoyable. It's a very quiet community. and everyone there is very friendly. The condo was comfortable. It's very close to shopping and eating places. I would stay there again, and would recommend it to anyone. Richard and Suzanne couldn't be more accommodating.Recommended for: Age 55+.

My husband and I enjoyed this tastefully furnished, well-maintained condo, which included every possible need, for nearly three months last winter. We especially appreciated the beauty of old Florida growth viewed from the lanai, the peacefulness of the location, yet close proximity to outstanding shopping. Wonderful neighbors are there for socializing at the pool, spa, and clubhouse, or restful quiet for those who prefer solitude. The owner was extremely helpful, providing maps and recommendations for activities and shopping, even doctors. The elegant Tower Shops are close by. My favorite places were Sanibel Island and the nearby library. I highly recommend this property.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

About the owner: Richard & Suzanne, recently retired New Englanders, found their dream condo at Pinebrook Lakes in 2009 and enjoy living in the heart of what has been termed 'an urban legacy forest.' They are both active members of the Condo Association. Suzanne is an artist and serves as a volunteer naturalist at the near by Six Mile Cypress Preserve. Richard provides many services to his faith community and is an avid bicyclist.
