Star Peak is a four bedroom home located on a completely private lot about 10 miles (18 minutes) southeast of the town of Nederland. While close to town, restaurants, entertainment and incredible mountain hiking, Star Peak has the feel and privacy of a secluded mountain retreat. This beautiful, luxurious home has a full kitchen, laundry, two car garage, satellite TV/DVD, wifi, full phone service, hot tub, and so much more. The house has three levels of living space, the lower level with two bedrooms, a full bath and a family room (as well as the two car garage); the main level with kitchen, laundry full bath, living/dining, front and rear decks, plus a fabulous, one-of-a-kind luxury master suite with its own TV, fireplace, wet bar, full bath and access to the hot tub on the rear deck. The third level is a loft bedroom with a queen sized bed and quarter bath, nestled above the kitchen, overlooking the living/dining area and the fabulous views out the front picture windows. The house includes linens, paper products and more-than-the-average supply of condiments, spices, etc. Two of the bedrooms have queen sized beds, one a double, and the fourth has a king. There is a sofa in the lower level family room, as well as a large sofa in the living room. The house will comfortably sleep 8, and readily sleep 10-12 with extra bedding options.
