What an amazing weekend! We had so much fun. My group came for our annual ski trip to Belleayre and were pleased by the proximity to the mountain. I came with a group of 8 people and we all fit very comfortably and the house was perfect for our needs. We really liked all the space, the entertainment/media options, the foosball table in the lower level, and how well equipped the house was (there was everything we needed- lots of towels, cooking utensils, firewood even!, etc...) In fact, everyone kept commenting how great it was and how much better it was than the place they stayed last year. Thank you for helping to make the trip such a success!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, girls getaway, adventure seekers, sightseeing, families with young children.

We enjoyed our stay at the condo, the area is naturally beautiful with cute nearby towns. We skied at nearby Plattekill (15 mins away) and also went snow tubing at Windham (35mins). The Condo was clean, warm and updated, with good size kitchen/ family room next to a fireplace. It was a perfect room for family games and a glass of wine. The three double beds and downstairs room fit 8 people well. The owner Hilarie was very responsive, helpful and provided all the information we needed on the condo and area prior to our arrival. She was available whilst not intrusive and ensured that we had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend this as a place to stay, and intend on a repeat visit myself.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, adventure seekers, families with young children.

My wife and I invited two other couples and their teenage son to stay at this beautiful home for a week in September. Our timing was perfect! The pool was slated to be closed the week after Labor day but the developement kept it open one more weekend! Good for us! I didnt bring a bathing suit but that didnt stop me from taking a dip. The owners recently purchased a Foosball table (I played in college) and we spent a lot of time playing that game. The layout of the house was open and spacious. There were 7 of us but with three levels and plenty of bathrooms, it did not feel crowded at all. The nights were spectacular! I live in Manhattan and I do not often get to see so many stars! Thanks Kevin and Hilarie for a fantastic stay! We cannot wait until Winter to go skiing!Recommended for: Romantic getaway, adventure seekers, sightseeing.

About the owner: Kevin and I currently live in whitestone, NY but since purchasing this house, we drive up here as much as possible. It reminds me of my years living in Switzerland surrounded by the beautiful hilly countryside of Bern.
Why the Owner Chose Denver:
We chose this property not only for it's magnificent vistas, but also for the easy low-maintenence life style. We don't have any concerns with shovling snow, weeding gardens, mowing lawns or maintaining the pool. Being here is a time for relaxation, sports and fun.

We looked at many properties at RRV, but as soon as we saw this house we knew it was the one. Having the finished lower level was what sold us. We added the 4th bedroom and half bath and created a fun and entertaining family room equipped with 50in HDTV, karaoke, dvd player, stereo and many board games
