Supermarket around the corner.

The apartment is located on the second floor and is absolutely quiet, looking on to a quiet square. There is a small entrance, bedroom with double bed, kitchen, bathroom with shower, toilet,wardrobe and comfortable living/dining room with large bed-couch.
