This property has the BEST oceanfront deck on the beach. Possibly anywhere! My husband and I and our three children were constantly out on the deck. We enjoyed coffee there in the morning, while the kids searched for new turtle nests. After a full day on the beach and in the water, we enjoyed cocktails on the deck watching our kids play ball on the beach. The outdoor grill made it easy for us to even cook and eat dinner there. The townhome is very large and can sleep many people. It was very comfortable for all members of our family. We plan to come back for many years!Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers.

About the owner: Florida natives John and Patsy Stewart have called Orlando home for most of their lives. They raised children and grandchildren there and spent most summers in New Smyrna Beach. Having stayed at many of the condos and rentals offered on the beach, when they had the chance to buy - Sea Dunes exceeded all their needs. It has been a place for family to gather for many years and make many lasting memories.
Why the Owner Chose Sea Dunes:
Unlike condos where you have no privacy, Sea Dunes offers the comfort of a private home, but the amenities of a living community. The pool and tennis court have been recently remodeled. The deck is the best on New Smyrna Beach, offering unobstructed views of the ocean.
