Enjoy panoramic Gulf views from this 3 bedroom, two bath,beachfront Condo. It is a very short walk from the condo down to the beach. The third bedroom is a bunk room with a door for privacy. The condo is located on the fourth (top) floor. The condo's large private balcony (350 sq ft) overlooks the pool, private pond, and Gulf of Mexico. The condo unit has 1350 sq ft and is located directly on Santa Rosa Beach. The complex sets back a little because of the pond. This gives a lot of privacy to the condo. San Remo is gated for security. It also features a large pool side community room with full kitchen available for meeting, reunions, wedding receptions, etc. There is also an exercise room available with new equipment. We are located just .25 miles from Gulf Place shopping and a couple miles from Grayton Beach. The condo is professionally decorated with beautiful furniture, art,and oriental rugs. Our patio is furnished with furniture that has made it an outdoor living area. It is very comfortable and relaxing!
When you are not enjoying the beautiful beaches, you are just a short drive to a variety of restaurants and shopping. Challenging golf is available at Santa Rosa Country Club. San Remo is quiet and peaceful (no high rises, traffic or congestion) yet easily accessible to Destin and Panama City's many entertainment attractions such as the Gulfarium, scuba diving, Big Kahunna water park, fishing, dolphin cruises, roller coaster rides, and Silver Sands Outlet Mall (the largest shopping mall in the southeast).
Sleeping accommodations include a king bed in the master with private bathroom, a queen bed (second bedroom) and adjoining bath. Bunk beds are in the 3rd bedroom. The sofa is a large leather sectional. It is not a sleeper sofa but is large enough to sleep an adult or two children on each side of the sofa.
Bring your bicycles or they can be rented from several locations within a mile of the condo that provide drop off and pick up service. 30-A has 18 miles of bike path.

POOL HEATED MARCH 4 TO APRIL 3 (Spring break), Thanksgiving weekend and Christmas holiday.
Free wifi provided for 2 devises at a time, additional devices can be added for about $3 per day.
If you want to pay by credit card I add 3% to the the total charge because that is what Paypal charges me to process the charge. I absorb the fee when I invoice for the deposit.
Weekly rentals are Sat to Sat.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The view and amenities are as represented/photographed. We all enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub, especially since it was unseasonably cold during our spring break. The kids (elementary-aged) wanted to move there! We all brought our bikes to take advantage of the biking trail. We recommend Goatfeathers if you go out to eat in walking distance and Blue Mountain Creamery for ice cream. Our second bike trip was solely to get ice cream at this delightful shop. Only complaint: There was some dust accumulated in the closets, etc., but that is to be expected when owners are not living there year round. Overall, we had a great time, and would definitely go back. Thank you!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

We have been staying on the beaches of South Walton for 15-20 years and this was one of the most enjoyable months ever. Unit 407 is decorated very tastefully and is fully equipped down to condiments and spices. The view of the Gulf from this unit is really fantastic. The complex itself is very nice with a large pool and hot tub as well as a fitness center that is well equipped. San remo is really close to great restaurants as well as shopping and night life. We particularly like Stinkey's and Goatfeathers for the seafood choices.Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

We enjoyed our week at the condo and on Santal Rosa Beach. It is great walking down to the beach and having an umbrella and 2 chairs waiting for us. Enjoyed walking the bike path on 30-A every morning and rented bikes one day from Big Daddys. Ate at Cafe Tango and had a wonderful meal and the atmosphere is great! Great, responsive owner, beautiful and clean condo, pleasant complex, and close enough to the action to get to it but tucked away enough to relax and enjoy qualify family time.Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, families with young children.

Santa Rosa Beach does not allow high rise condominiums like Destin and Panama City. 4 floors maximum. The beach is like a private beach. Also a wonderful bike path on 30-A. Bike rentals at Gulf Place (.5 miles away) Close to Seaside, Sandestin and Grayton Beach. This is our home away from home!
