The great room highlights a see-through fireplace and four large skylights in the ceiling. Large windows adorn the entire back of the home overlooking Lake Hartwell. There are three decks off the back (off the master bedroom, the great room, and the kitchen dinnette) with walkout patio doors to each.

There is a large (400 square foot) screened porch where you will enjoy lake views and beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Lots of seating for a large family or group of friends and dining space for 12. Large screen TV, ping pong table in the recreation room, and more bathrooms than needed. This home has 4 double beds, 2 twins, 1 king, and 2 sleeper sofas.

This home is located on a private cove, but the dock is in deep water for boating and swimming. The cove opens right up into the open Lake and there is a marina offering boat rentals 10 minutes away. Major outlet shopping is only 30 minutes away. The neighborhood feels like a story-book vacation with lots of trees, an 18-hole golf course, trails for walking, and the security of a guarded gate.
