If you are looking for a condo that is quiet, very clean, right on the beach, with a view of the ocean that is picture perfect, then this is right place, you need to look no further! The owner has made this condo the perfect vacation spot, thinking of everything you need, and even the things you don't think of. My family actually stayed here two weeks this year, once in June and one week in August. It is fantastic. Brigantine is such a wonderfully relaxing place, with private, clean beaches, and enough restaurants so that you never have to leave the island. When you cross the bridge from Atlantic City, it is as if you entered a whole new world...leaving all of the stresses of life behind. Ocean 21 is a modern, well maintained condo with very pleasant neighbors, and only minutes from everything to make your vacation memorable. I am happy to say we are going to become annual vistors here for our family vacations. I thank the owner for making the entire process simple, and for being very concerned for making sure we had a great time, and for investing in a rental property that makes you feel right at home! And we did indeed!

We have some folks who have visited us every year for the 10 years we have owned the condo. Because we are on the 3rd floor and right on the ocean our condo is great to rent anytime of the year. Excellent location.Near the exciting new Atlantic city but located in a quiet small seashoe town with excellent amenities. Condo was in 5star condition.

We have been staying at this condo for several years. It is like our home away from home. It has every modern convenience and is very clean. The sunrises are spectacular to see from every room. Really a lovely place to spend some time at the jersey shore.

I have been taking my elderly Mom to the Condo for 7 years! She watches the dolphins, fisherman, dogs and surfers from the living room couch! The Condo is immaculate and well organized. Although just a few miles from Atlantic City, the island of Brigantine is a family atmosphere that has private uncrowded beaches. It is beautiful anytime of the year. If you are looking for the "Jersey Shore" as seen on TV...this is not it!! -Diane Lexington Park, MD

We were back again this year, for a glorious week in August, 2011. We also stayed at the condo on two different weeks in 2010. I must say that everything I wrote in my review back in 2009 still holds true! Except just when you thought it couldn't get any better, the owner of this condo did just that! For example, in addition to all of the amenities listed in my first review two years ago, and what he has listed on the rental web site, he added a terrific wrap-around sofa in the living room with built in reclining seats. You can't imagine how relaxing it is to just sit there and look out at the mighty Atlantic Ocean! He also added full Comcast cable service for every TV in the condo with loads of channels for young and those of us not so young. Also added was permanent wireless internet that my computer automatically connected to, so I didn't have to cart my router this time! Great stuff! What makes this place so special is the fact that the owners have invested in this place, and continue to do so. They really go out of their way to respond positively to your feedback and suggestions and they add to the condo what you think might make it better, and it does! Hands down, the most relaxing, wonderful place in Brigantine, with views worth a million dollars. We had such a great time this year my five-year-old son cried when we were leaving. Needless to say we can't wait until next summer! Thank you Patrick for making our time in your condo worth every penny!

We take all the feedback to heart and if possible we make the requested changes. We have had internet connection for quite a few years now but the update to wirless connection has been a big hit. Paradise Vacation

Was born and raised on the island, so I know what rentals are out there in Brigantine. Moved away twenty years ago, and tried Summer rentals off and on with recent vacations and been disappointed by most all. Except this very special condo! Want to be pampered without lifting a finger? The beach and ocean at your feet? Unrivaled views of breath-taking sunrises over the ocean with your first cup of coffee in the morning? Words cannot describe what awaits you this special location! Everything and anything you could possibly want with your vacation is yours for the asking. We will be continuing guests at this condo and you will be, too! Don't look anywhere else...find a date....email the owner and your vacation worries are over! We'll be back! Again.

Beautiful View of the Ocean

My husband and I stayed in this Brigantine oceanfront condo in August and we were not disappointed. The condo was immaculate and as stated had many amenities. I just loved waking up and watching the sun rise in the window seat in the bedroom. When we were not at the beach, we were able to enjoy the view from the the living room or the kitchen.The deck is lovely and we enjoyed our evenings relaxing there. The proximity to Atlantic City was perfect as we used that opportunity to visit the casinos and outlets. We would definitely recommend this condo and plan to visit again.

The views are always fabulous no matter the weather conditions. While May thru October is the most popular time to visit, we also get plenty of vistors from November through April. We had a great time at this property. Since my Mom is in a wheelchair, this condo was a dream as she could sit and see and listen to the ocean. It was roomy, clean and very perfect for what we needed. We felt safe and the beach was clean and quiet even in July. We stayed in early July, 2008. Thank you for special holiday with my folks.
