  We had a fantastic time on Kauai and this condo worked out great. In fact, our only complaint is that our trip wasn't nearly long enough. The owners have created a very homey and comfortable environment to relax in. The views from this place are amazing so I can see why the owners picked this unit. My kids loved the pool and would have spent the entire week there if we let them. The condo was exactly as represented. The recommendations and directions provided were great. The owners made the whole process very easy and stress free, which is sincerely appreciated. I will definitely recommend this condo to any friends or family that make plans to travel to Kauai.

  This condo was absolutely fantastic. We felt spoiled with the impressive decor, high quality kitchenware, comfortable beds, beautiful views, helpful suggestions, and everyday beach use items. The owners thought of everything, and as a huge bonus, everything was of high quality. We felt so pampered and it made our 10th anniversary so special The decor of the home is fabulous. We actually took some pictures so we could imitate it in our house. The condo had all the luxuries of home, and the view, oh my it was great all around. So much better than the pictures. When it came down to usage, it's even better. Quiet appliances, quality pots and pans, utensils, spices for cooking. Beach items included mats, towels, boogie boards, beach chairs, and 2 sets of snorkel gear. It also has a nice selection of movies and board games. The owner provides a list of instructions and recommended places prior to your arrival and we went with many of the suggestions. We didn't have nearly enough time on Kauai. This will be a hard act to follow.

  Everything about the trip went as planned, plenty of information was provided on both the condo and the surrounding area, and everything was exactly as advertised! My family and I spent a lot of time at the pool area, and really enjoyed our trip to Kauai, in large part due to the great accommodations.

  Just returned from Kauai vacation with husband and 18 month old son. We really enjoyed staying in this condo for its great location and fantastic view. The whole unit has been nicely renovated with a great master suite and bath plus a fully equipped kitchen and lovely dining area with an awesome view of the mountains. You can have a peaceful meal and watch the sunset over the mountaintops! The owner provides a bin of beach chairs, mats, boogie boards, cooler and even a pop up tent which was great for our little one on the sunny days at the beach! The condo has a beautiful greenbelt area right out the back which was great for our son to run around on. Just a short walk away are a couple of beaches and the very popular Queen's Bath. Overall we had a very pleasant experience with the owner and condo. This was our first experience staying in a privately owned condo and the owner made everything so easy! We would definitely recommend this unit to anyone staying in the Princeville area.

  We truly enjoyed our entire stay at the condo. A relaxing and well designed condo with all the amenities you would ever need. Great location with close proximity to shopping, dining, hiking and any number of outdoor activities. The hosts were very attentive and helpful with suggestions that fit the experience we were looking for. We would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a place to relax while enjoying the island of Kauai!

  We had a great time at this property. The condo was immaculate and provided everything we needed. There were 4 of us staying there, and it worked out perfectly. Queen beds in the guest room were a big plus, and the upgrades throughout were beautiful! The owner provided us with instructions, directions, and area suggestions for dining/activities. It was very helpful. Definitely rent a car if you're staying in the Princeville area. Since there is really only one main highway, and the towns are spaced out, it would be impossible to get around without one. And don't leave without having a Bubba Burger!

  Definitely one of the best rental properties we've been to in Hawaii. The renovations in the kitchen and bathrooms were very nice. The views are wonderful. The owners thought of many extra little amenities that you don't always find at a rental but they make all the difference in making you feel more comfortable and "at home." Great location, close to hiking, beaches and shops.

  First of all, this condo is in a great location - located minutes from golf, hiking, beaches, shopping, restaurants, etc... Additionally, the views from here are absolutely breathtaking! Not many condos can boast about a beautiful mountain view and ocean view. It was lovely being able to wake up to the sound of the ocean and then to look out the master bed window to gaze at the sunrise. The condo, itself, is amazing! You can tell the homeowners put great care and detail into their home away from home. The condo is very inviting and beautifully renovated with marble counter tops, high-end kitchen appliances, gorgeous and comfortable furniture, Wi-fi (!!!), cable TV, and spacious bedrooms. The homeowners also went above and beyond making sure their guests have all they need - dishes, cookware, dishwasher, washer, dryer, beach equipment, a list of recommendations (e.g. where to hike, snorkel, eat, etc...), and the list just goes on! Furthermore, it was an absolute pleasure working with the owner (Eric). Any and all questions were answered thoroughly and promptly. Bottom line: We loved Kauai, the condo, and working with the owner. We will definitely be returning to this condo, specifically, (if it's available, that is).

  We stayed here in January with another adult couple and all highly recommend staying here. Great location in the gorgeous community of Princeville. Close to so many beaches, restaurants and activities. The view is stunning and can even be enjoyed while using the master bath shower! We just wish the balcony was on that mountain side of the unit. The windows are all nice and big though so plenty of opportunity to soak in the view. All of our questions were answered promptly we found the owners to be extremely helpful and really appreciated the extensive list of recommendations provided. All of the ones we tried out we loved. The renovations that were done to the unit are top quality, nothing was overlooked and everything in the unit is new. The owners have great taste for decorating. The unit is quite spacious, all the rooms have plenty of space even with a king bed in one room and two queens in the other. Affordable price for a luxury accommodation. Much nicer and more affordable than the well known hotels on the island and you have all the comforts of home. Loved the guitar for nights we stayed in, the indoor countertop grill for cooking and the bin full of beach gear saved us a lot of money. They really thought of everything. We can't wait to return.

  Not only does this condo have great views from all windows but the care taken in furnishings and decorations made you feel right at home. The kitchen is very well equipped. We even did some Xmas baking while there. It is centrally located in Princeville with easy access to a large array of beaches and just a five minute drive to Hanalei. There is also an assortment of beach toys and accessories for your use making a trip to the beach that much more fun! We will definitely return to this beautiful condo the next time we visit Kauai!
