  This home was an amazing place to spend a family vacation. Everything was clean, beautifully kept, even better that described and the pool was perfect for our afternoons. We loved sitting on the balcony/deck in the evenings, listening to the ocean. The short walk to the beach was very pretty. We would highly recommend this house, and hope to stay here again very soon.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children.

  THE PROPERTY WAS IN GREAT SHAPE, THE POOL WAS VERY CLEAN AND THE WATER PH BALANCE MUST HAVE BEEN IN ORDER BECAUSE NO ONE COMPLAINED OF ITCHY OR IRRITATED SKIN OR BURNING EYES. THERE WAS A LARGE NEWER GRILL ON THE OUTSIDE DECK WHICH WE USED SEVERAL TIMES. THE LAWN FURNITURE WAS VERY COMFORTABLE AND CLEAN. THERE WERE DOZEN OF BEACH TOWELS AND OTHER ITEMS AVAILABLE AS WELL. WE VACATION IN HILTON HEAD ONCE OR TWICE A YEAR FOR THE PAST DECADE AND THIS IS THE SECOND TIME WE HAVE RENTED THIS LOCATION. THE OWNER/ OPERATORS ARE VERY ATTENTIVE AND HAD ANSWERS FOR ANY QUESTIONS WE HAD IMMEDIATELY. THE ROOMS WERE LARGE AND BRIGHT WE ALSO HAD SKY-LIGHTING IN OUR BEDROOM. HUGE KITCHEN AND DINNING AREA AND WELL FURNISHED THROUGHOUT THE HOUSE. JUST A GREAT LOCATION CLOSE TO THE OCEAN AND MODERN WE ENJOYED OURSELVES IMMENSELY. ALSO HAS A GREAT MOTHER-IN-LAW OR OLDER CHILDREN'S ROOMS WITH SEPARATE ENTRANCE. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY AS A RENTAL VACATION DREAM HOME TO ANY OF MY FRIEND AND FAMILY.

  This is the second time we have stayed at this property. We had a wonderful time. The property is in excellent condition and the location is wonderful for a quite week at the beach. We hope to return every summer!

  Hi from New York. I am happy to recommend 3 Cassina as a perfect vacation rental. The location was just a short walk to the beach. The house was comfortable, had an amazing, well-stocked kitchen, superior bedding and many extras Usually we don't use the gas grill at vacation homes because they aren't maintained that well, but this grill was new and is professionally cleaned after each guest. The pool was enjoyed by all and offered some well-appreciated shade later in the day. It was immaculate when we arrived and we appreciated dealing with the owner and not an agency. We couldn't ask for more and hope to return in the future.

  This house was absolutely wonderful. It was beautifully maintained and very nicely decorated. My favorite part of the house was the huge kitchen and large family room that had lots of seating, more that I had ever seen before. The picutres of the house are very accurate so there were no surprises, except for all of the wonderful things that the owners provide. This included beach towels, buckets, shovels, charis, floats, everything you could need for a great vacation. I look forward to staying here again and think it is by far the greatest value on the island.

  My family and a few friends stayed at Shelby's house while celebrating my wife's 50th birthday. Shelby was a pleasure to deal with and the house was clean and well maintained. We would love staying here again when we are in Hilton Head.

  Our family has enjoyed this beautiful home many times in the past five years. We are already booked for our 2012 family reunion vacation this summer and everyone is looking forward to spending time together in this lovely home. The location is perfect. Steps to the beach and a short bike ride to Coligny Plaza. The open two-story living room is one of our favorite rooms. The home is immaculate and spacious with huge bedrooms and baths. We enjoy the deck that has a view of the ocean. The pool is great and have spent many hours swimming, reading and just relaxing. We highly recommend this home for families vacationing on Hilton Head Island.

  This is a great house. It has an open floor plan with a large kitchen. It is clean, a close, easy walk to the beach and has a nice pool area. I would recommend this house to anyone and hope to return. It's also close to shops and restaurants. The owner, Shelby, couldn't have been nicer. She's right there if you need anything. We had a wonderful week.

  Excellent house. 300 yards ffrom beach. 2 kings and a twin w trundle upstairs. Very nice living room, kitchen, dining room on main floor. The main floor also have nice queen roon with a bathroom. New gas grill on the deck and very relaxing pool area. The bottom floor has a great area especially for older kids. There is a pull out sofa and a bedroom that was set up for us with a nice blow up mattress, I had three teen age boys that thought this was their own pad and a had a blast. The house is on the beach side of the road so you never have to worry about crossing the road and you are a quick bike ride to Coligny. Very little traffic to deal with once you are there. Overall fantastic place would and probably will return. Ron Richmond va
