HILTON HEAD ISLAND 4th row ocean home built in 1999 has 3,000+ sq.ft. and a dramatic two-story living room and wall of glass. This spacious 4 bedroom, 4 bath home with loft and recreation room is just 120 yards from the beach--there are no roads to cross--and has a private pool. The great room includes a kitchen, living area with big-screen TV/VCR/DVD, and an elegant dining area for 10. Off the great room is a pool-side balcony with a gas grill and a table for outdoor dining. There is a peek of the ocean from this outdoor deck. There is also a hammock and poolside dining and lounging furnishings.
The first bedroom is adjacent to the living room. It features a queen bed, TV, and French doors with curtains for privacy and a bath with a shower. 16 steps lead to the next level of the home where you will find 3 more bedrooms and a loft that overlooks the great room--the loft contains a twin daybed and seating area. The first bedroom has a twin bed with trundle that makes a king or 2 twins and TV/DVD. There is high speed internet for which you will be given a code to log in.
This bedroom shares a bath with the next bedroom which has a king bed and TV. The master suite features a king bed, TV, and private bath with a walk-in shower. There is a TV recreation room on the ground floor which is separate from the rest of the home and is accessible from the pool area. It features a bathroom with shower, and a TV room with sleeper sofa and TV/DVD. There is even a kitchenette with a sink, microwave, and small refrigerator. Stylishly decorated, this 4rd row Hilton Head home offers all the amenities you will need for a vacation in style.
All reservations require an 11% deposit plus a $300.00 damage deposit that will be returned to you after the property has been inspected for damage upon your departure.

The Unique Benefits at this House
Families love 3 Cassina as it has a perfect, open gathering area. No one in the kitchen is cut off from the fun and with a 2-story great room there is ample space for everyone. The walk to the beach takes you through a small forest which is a sanctuary after the sweltering heat of the sandy beach! It is a direct walk of around 5 minutes with no streets to cross. There is a small peak of the ocean from the back grilling deck so you know you are close. The first floor cabana area is very convenient to the beach with a TV room, bathroom and small kitchenette.

We saw the potential for many happy vacations in our home as the 2-story living room and the open kitchen to dining to living room space would accomodate perfect large family gatherings! We love the easy walk to the beach through the small oceanfront forest. We remodeled this house to include everything a renter would need and we often receive comments thanking us for all the extras! We love vacationing and the photo you see is at a Costa Rican animal sanctuary where Dukey, the howler monkey, was checking me out! We know you will love our vacation home as we do!

Our family has enjoyed this beautiful home many times in the past five years. We are already booked for our 2012 family reunion vacation this summer and everyone is looking forward to spending time together in this lovely home. The location is perfect. Steps to the beach and a short bike ride to Coligny Plaza. The open two-story living room is one of our favorite rooms. The home is immaculate and spacious with huge bedrooms and baths. We enjoy the deck that has a view of the ocean. The pool is great and have spent many hours swimming, reading and just relaxing. We highly recommend this home for families vacationing on Hilton Head Island.

This is a great house. It has an open floor plan with a large kitchen. It is clean, a close, easy walk to the beach and has a nice pool area. I would recommend this house to anyone and hope to return. It's also close to shops and restaurants. The owner, Shelby, couldn't have been nicer. She's right there if you need anything. We had a wonderful week.
Recommended for:Families with young children.

Excellent house. 300 yards ffrom beach. 2 kings and a twin w trundle upstairs. Very nice living room, kitchen, dining room on main floor. The main floor also have nice queen roon with a bathroom. New gas grill on the deck and very relaxing pool area. The bottom floor has a great area especially for older kids. There is a pull out sofa and a bedroom that was set up for us with a nice blow up mattress, I had three teen age boys that thought this was their own pad and a had a blast. The house is on the beach side of the road so you never have to worry about crossing the road and you are a quick bike ride to Coligny. Very little traffic to deal with once you are there.
