Sit on your own 11th floor balcony overlooking the blue-green waters of the Gulf of Mexico as the sea gulls call their welcome and the parasails beckon you to adventure out over the beautiful waters.
Gear up for white sand beaches, deep sea fishing, jump the waves or just soak up the sun in our beautifully decorated, three year old unit.
The king size master bedroom and the living room access the main balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico while a queen size bedroom features its own terrace balcony overlooking the lagoon and intercoastal waterway.
A third queen size bedroom is situated just off the dining room area. All bedrooms have their own private full baths and TV/VCR units. The spacious dining room seats eight and is ideal for meals with its huge window view of the beach and relaxing waters.
The living room has a queen size sleeper, entertainment armoire with a 47" High Def.TV and VCR/DVD/CD player, and plenty of room for all to relax after a fun filled day. High Speed Internet Service is provided via Ethernet or USB at no additional cost. This is a Century Tel dedicated DSL circuit - always on and totally reliable. This is not a wireless signal you have to chase - it is always available at high speed rates.
The kitchen is equipped with granite counter tops, a side by side refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher and stove with microwave and is fully stocked to accommodate even the most sophisticated chef.
A large pantry and beautiful cabinets provide all the space needed for food and supplies. A full size washer and dryer, iron and ironing board are located in our laundry room.
This 11th floor view is absolutely picture postcard perfect with over 350 square feet of balconies space.

We chose this location because of the quick access to all the local restaurants and fun places to be without all the noise and traffic; where we can sun bathe on the beautiful white sandy beaches and swim in the ocean or the beautiful pool.

This condo was very beautifully decorated and comfortable to stay in. The owners were so helpful and friendly. The views are amazing!!! I would definitely recommend this place.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, people with disabilities, sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

This was our first weekly rental experience in the Gulf Shores area and we were not disappointed. The unit was comfortable and well-stocked, with extras not found at other rentals. The Pitmans even made a late night run to buy a new coffeepot when the one in the condo wasn't working. Centrally located but I recommend taking the Windmill Ridge road whenever possible to avoid the congestion at Beach Blvd and Hwy 59. The view from the balcony for the 4th of July fireworks display was outstanding! Hope to stay there again.

We stayed in Mr. Pittman's condo during the fourth of July week 2009 and it was awesome. Everything was better than advertised. Very clean, well furnished, and Terry was great. Hardly ever had to wait on the elevator and the view was spectaculor. I would very much recommend this condo.
