This extremely nice and very large one level home is tastefully decorated with upscale newer furniture, 3 plasma TV's . The 50' TV is located above the fireplace in the very Large family room where there is a pool table. Two other plasma TV's are located in the Living Room and in the Main bedroom. Sleeps 12-14 people.
The home has a private Pool. King bed in largest bedroom, Queen beds in other3 bedrooms, one double bed in one bedroom and two leather sofa sleepers in large Family room. There is a new, very niceBBQ outside by the Pool with large patio table and chairs. One patio is covered; other patio has a nice large canopy. If the BBQ is used, there is an additional charge of $30 to clean it. BBQ is propane.

A group of us rented this house for our annual spring training trip. The location was great - close to PHX and all the ballparks. It was comfortable and well appointed, the pool table and the pool were nice to have! Thanks very much and we'll definitely keep this house in mind on our future trips to Tempe!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, sightseeing.

I rented this house with 4 other friends. The location and layout were great! We were able to get to Tempe quickly and easily for an ASU football game. We also took a short cab ride to Scottsdale for a night out. The property was clean and the owner was accommodating and easy to work with. This is a great f5 BR find in the Tempe area!!Owner response: Thank you Amy. I hope if you return to Arizona, you consider this home. you left it in perfect condition.

There were 7 of us coming in for the Rock n Roll Marathon and we prefer houses to hotels as it allows us to much more relaxed and save $$. This was a perfect spot for us. VERY convenient to find form the airport and for us the proximity to the finish line at ASU was key. The beds were all comfortable, as were the pillows - not always the case in rentals. We cooked several meals and found the kitchen to be more than adequately stocked for our needs. The fireplace was a nice plus...although it warmed up and the extra wood we bought did not get used...hopefully the folks behind us enjoyed it ! The only down side is that the water pressure and temperature in the showers (there were two) would fluctuate quite a bit when another water appliance kicked in....so watch yourself! No washing dishes or clothes if the shower is on :) Overall, it was a great place for us and in fact, some of our party may be looking at retruning in the fall, so that should be a good endorsement! Cheers and enjoy your stay!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

About the owner: I have been in the home rental business for over 40 years and enjoy making my homes beautiful and comfortable for others to enjoy. I started renting out two 3 bedroom homes last year as vacation rentals and love the fact that Vacation renters take good care of my homes. This home on Terrace is one of my favorite homes that I have owned for over 15 years and I decided to try and make it a vacation rental because of it's location, size of home and the fact it has a private pool and 2 car garage. It is the best neighborhood of N Tempe.
