Ski season is $710 / night with only Saturday to Saturday stays available. This unit is ideal for two families with younger kids! Summer and fall is only $325/night with a 3 night minimum.
This unit is relatively new to the market, never rented before 2005! EVERYTHING inside is new or remodeled. (Remodeling and reconstruction finished January, 2004) Everything is top of the line.

HERE IS HOW THE UNIT IS SET UP:
GROUND FLOOR: has a kids game/play room with a new slate pool table, commercial stand-up video arcade machine, mini-kitchen, board games, TV-DVD, and stereo. This level also has a bedroom with queen bed (no bath on this level). Also located on this floor is your ski storage and new commercial grade boot & glove dryer. (dries / warms eight boots/gloves in 20 minutes!) Access to this floor from second floor great room by the new spiral staircase. Also the integral indoor private parking is in the front of this floor.
MIDDLE FLOOR: has a beautiful master bedroom (king bed) with an attached full bath. (All 4 bedrooms have their own TV/DVD, phones) The second floor also has a new and fully equipped kitchen with granite tops, all appliances are new and high end. Dining room with table for eight. The great room has two stories of windows and a new Sony 50" HDTV flat screen / home theater surround sound / DVD library. Stereo with music CD library. Stone gas log fireplace. Beautiful leather sofas & hardwood floors accented with rustic throw rugs & false furs. Outdoor 7 person private hot tub on back porch.
UPPER FLOOR: A large master bedroom with attached full bath similar to the bedroom on middle level. Also on this floor is the super fun kids "bunk" room (huge!) with lots of fun stuff like board games, TV/DVD, kids movies, Game Cube and real working slot machine (tokens only!) etc. This large bedroom SLEEPS SIX in individual beds (two full, 4 twin). The six beds are three sets of bunk beds. Two of the lower bunks are larger (full) beds.
Condo sleeps 12 in traditional beds with auxiliary sleeping for more if needed. Additional sleeping capacity with fine leather sofas, twin roll out beds and two king-size Aerobeds. A new collapsible Graco Pack-n-Play also adds to sleeping capacity. Two very comfy sofa beds (single): one in the third floor master bedroom, and one in the gameroom.
Located on Deer Valley Drive in Lower Deer Valley your condo is just a half mile (or 1 minute) to the main Deer Valley lift (Snow Park Lodge), two miles to the Park City lift, five miles to The Canyons, 35 minutes to Solitude, Brighton, Alta and Snowbird. 35 minutes to Airport. Step out your door to the free Park City bus loop which takes you to Deer Valley, Park City, and Canyons ski areas. The bus also takes you to the beautiful town of Park City (half mile or 1 minute) Buses run every ten minutes in season.
Best of all the central humidifier will keep you comfortable and your "high altitude dryness" in check throughout this beautiful unit! Try to find that in other units! (the bedrooms also have small portable humidifiers if you are really sensitive!) Humidified air will make your ski vacation more comfortable.
New this year is a computer (PC). One gig RAM, laser printer, LCD flat screen, wireless high speed throughout unit.
Have your kitchen/bar pre-stocked (minimal charge) per your desire. We can help make your stay extra memorable by divulging "locals only secrets" about shopping, activities, ski areas, parking and the U.S. Olympic Park. (We may even be able to help connect you to available run times on the Olympic Park bobsled with an Olympic driver!)

Because this terrific unit is in such excellent condition we request families and married couples only. (Sorry college students, but I remember being your age) Also, absolutely no party throwing or smoking. Have a blast in the BEST SKI AREAS in the world but please respect this family owned unit.
