(dries / warms eight boots/gloves in 20 minutes!) Access to this floor from second floor great room by the new spiral staircase. Also the integral indoor private parking (for two cars) is in the front of this floor.
MIDDLE FLOOR: has a beautiful master bedroom (king bed) with an attached full bath. (All 4 bedrooms have their own TV/DVD, phones) The second floor also has a new and fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops. All appliances are new and high end. Dining room with table for eight. The great room has two stories of windows and a new Sony 50" HDTV flat screen / home theater surround sound / DVD library. Stereo with music CD library. Stone gas log fireplace. Beautiful leather sofas & hardwood floors accented with rustic throw rugs & false furs. Outdoor 7 person private hot tub on back porch.
UPPER FLOOR: A large master bedroom with attached full bath similar to the bedroom on middle level. Also on this floor is the super fun kids "bunk" room (huge!) with lots of fun stuff like board games, TV/DVD, kids movies, Game Cube and real working slot machine (tokens only!) etc. This large bedroom SLEEPS SIX in individual beds (two full, 4 twin). The six beds are three sets of bunk beds. Two of the lower bunks are larger (full) beds.
SLEEPS 12 in traditional beds with auxiliary sleeping for more if needed. Additional sleeping capacity with fine leather sofas, twin roll out beds and two king-size Aerobeds. A new collapsible Graco Pack-n-Play also adds to sleeping capacity. Two very comfy sofa beds (single): one in the third floor master bedroom, and one in the gameroom.
CENTRAL HUMIDIFIER keeps you comfortable throughout unit. Try to find that in other units! (bedrooms also have portable humidifiers if you are really sensitive) FACT: High altitude dryness makes your skin and eyes itchy, your nose feels like having a cold. Humidified air makes your ski vacation better.
PRESTOCK KITCHEN/BAR: per your desire. (minimal charge) We can help make your stay extra memorable by divulging "locals only secrets" about shopping, activities, ski areas, parking and the U.S. Olympic Park. (We may even be able to help connect you to available run times on the Olympic Park bobsled with an Olympic driver!)

Why the Owner Chose Other Deer Valley Properties
Little Cottonwood Canyon often gets over 700 inches of powder annually (more than double Colorado). When I was younger I skiied almost everywhere in North America and most of Europe. After every trip, my friends and I came up with the same conclusion... there is no place better than Utah. Park City is in the middle of ten great Utah resorts.
We have four kids and Deer Valley (which is in Park City) is incredibly family friendly. It wins "Best Family Resort" most every year. If you want the best skiing in the world and a great place for your family.. well it is a no brainer. I really do not feel that is overstated.
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
Our business model has always been the same. Charge less and deliver more than the competition. People not only return, they refer others. The average condo in Deer Valley rents for three weeks per season. Both of our units have sold out the entire 16 week ski season for 8 years running! Despite the rental income, we have never taken a dollar of profit. We have put all money back into the units to keep them remodeled and in excellent condition. Renters are always happy and always seem to treat our home respectfully. Judy, our manager, keeps in touch to make sure your stay is optimum. We have never had an unhappy renter and we never want to.
Only 850 yards from home. (1/2 mile) The free shuttle stops at your front door and takes you directly to Snow Park!
Easy walking distance to condo ...at least when the sidewalks are clear. Tons of restaurants and shops.

Tracy and I have four kids. The three girls like to take the quick shuttle to Deer Valley for half a day and then shop. The boys like to drive to Alta / Snowbird and ski the gnarly stuff till closing. Everyone LOVES Utah!
