We have been renting units through VRBO a couple of times a year in Park City for the last 10 years. We love the location of Stonebridge in Lower Deer Valley because of the easy access to Snow Park Lodge, Main Street, grocery store, and our favorite restaurants. The owner's of this unit have thought of everything, from the lovely welcoming gift basket upon arrival, to the boot warmer, and the kitchen equipped with a CROCK POT, hallelujah!!!! (I usually have to purchase one on my way into town) The unit is clean and well maintained. Beds and linens were all very nice and comfortable. The pool table, hot tub and games entertained my boys well after skiing. Right off the back patio, the kids had room to play in the snow. AND....our suburban fit nicely in the private, heated garage! The rental process was smooth and all communication was prompt and professional. We did have to call the maintenance company for help with the hot tub (it simply needed more water) and they responded immediately. We will be back!

Our 2 families stayed in this exceptional condo and LOVED it! Our children satyed in the bunk room together, and the adults had our own private bedrooms. Now THAT's a vacation! The condo is beautifully decorated - just as the photos depict. So convenient - just steps to the free shuttle. The owners manager was very nice and so accommodating. We will definitely book this condo again in the future!

If you are looking for a well kept property in the perfect location, this condo is for you. The property has three very nice bedrooms (two are masters) and a very large 4th bedroom that can sleep upwards of six people/teenagers/adults/kids very comfortably. The kitchen is just right and the living room is comfortable and nice. The game room downstairs is very nice and there is a very convenient two car garage for storage, or your two rental cars. The location is perfectly placed just minutes from Snow Park Lodge and downtown Park City. You are literally less than 50 feet from the public, free bus service down to PC or Snow Park Lodge that stops every 10-15 minutes. The management company, and process to rent, are extremely smooth and simple. The price is very reasonable, and we were there during President's week. I would never stay on-mountain given the deal for this type of place. I would definitely come back to this property in the future.

We had a wonderful time at this condo in Deer Valley! This Condo is so convenient.. and the kids room is awesome! The beds are so comfortable, and there is so much room for all. The condo was really clean and well maintained, and Judy was such a pleasure to deal with. All amenities were more than expected! We had 6 adults, and 4 children and there was so much room and activities for all to do. We hope to return soon!

Great Spring Break Retreat

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our week in Deer Valley. The house was exactly as described with enough room for everyone to have privacy when needed. We loved the hot tub, especially as 2 feet of snow fell at the end of the season. Snow removal service was super efficient. The owner's welcome package was appreciated by all. The management company was awesome, and made the trip much easier by helping us with shipping of skis and equipment. We used the bus for trips to Deer Valley and Park City. Very convenient.

The condo was wonderful! We had an excellent stay at DV. The Gradys made the stay even better by sending out their DV "secrets & tips" email prior to our arrival. We used Peak Transportation per their recommendation and it worked out very well. We hope to stay in the condo again next year.

Fantastic place! We stayed here for the second straight year this spring and loved it again. It has plenty of room for two families with kids, and our kids loved the big kids' bedroom, the slot machine, the pool table, and all the dvd/tvs throughout. Good furnishing, comfortable, and convenient to both Deer Valley and Park City. And the new property management company this year (Blooming) is much better.

What a great condo!! The Grady's have truly made this into a cozy and extremely comfortable place to stay. The kids loved the bunk room, the arcade and the hill next door for sledding. Highly recommend it and will be back for sure. Thanks Judy!

1156 Stonebridge was perfect for our group...my family of 5, plus 2 sets of grandparents! Kids LOVED the bunk room, and there was plenty to keep them entertained in the evening while the old-sters recovered in quiet from the day of skiing. Pool, video arcade games, PlayStation, Internet, scores of DVDs, hottub, etc. We almost hated to leave the house for the slopes! Mgr. was quick to respond when we had a problem (garage door malfunction). We would definitely return. Thanks to the Grady family for sharing their place.

What a GREAT condo! My girlfriends and I had the best time! This place is so comfortable and we felt so at home here. The pool table, video game & stereo downstairs provided hours of fun and we loved that we didn't have to go upstairs for a drink, with the mini fridge right there...not to mention the big screen TV upstairs for those of us who just wanted to relax. The bunk room upstairs was a blast for those of us who liked staying up late (yes, adults can fit on those beds!). GREAT decorating in EVERY room, especially the bunk room! The kitchen has every amentity you could want or need to make up delicious meals or treats. I just can't say enough about this place!! WE LOVED IT! If I can't get my friends to come back to the same place next year, I will definitely bring my family here to check out the skiing. The information provided by the owner was so helpful! Thank you so much for allowing us to use your 'home' as our own and making it so welcoming!!

We had a great time staying in 1156 Stonebridge. Hands down the best family vacation we have had. Our kids loved the game cube, arcade games and the pool table. The location could not be better, walking distance to Deer Valley Resort, as well as Main St. in Park City. We hope to stay there again and highly reccomend it!

Great condo, great location!!! We have vacationed summer and winter in Park City for 10 years and this was our first trip staying at John and Judy`s condo---and their is the best place to stay that we have experienced. We stayed here during Spring Break with another family. The condo was great. The kids loved the bunk room and we found the two king suites very comfortable. It is decorated great and was very comfortable for all of us. Everyone loved watching the Longhorns play basketball on the HUGE TV. The kids loved the video games and pool table. Deer Valley Lodging was great to deal with when we were there and their shuttle service is outstanding. We've stayed in many ski area condos and this is one of the very best for families. The owner was very accomodating with great suggestions for restaurants and services in the Deer Valley/Park City area.

We had a great time staying at this condo! We filled the bunk room with boys who ran a Super-Smash Brothers tournament (when not wakeboarding, zip-lining, golfing, or playing pool downstairs), but who rarely disturbed the adult conversation in the living room. Everything was comfortable and felt like home (only more elegant!) We loved the 5" wide showerheads, and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed, including a huge pot big enough to steam corn for 20 people. We made use of the high chair and portable crib for the baby, which simplified our lives! The location gave us easy access to Main Street Park City, as well as the grocery stores and Jordanelle reservoir. All in all, a great place for a family vacation.

Wonderful!Wonderful!...from the location (very close to ski trails) to the "perfect vacation home". We had two families stay here and there was plenty of room! The children's room was great...the decorating was wonderful and there was gamecube ,dvds and lots of games to keep the kids busy. There was also alot for the adults...the hot tub was great after a day of skiiing . The town is only a mile away, you can walk, take a shuttle or a car. The town was great and the restaurants were excellent. The owners clearly take great pride in this beautiful property . They even called to see if there was anything we needed. This home offers everything to make your stay perfect...we liked it so much, we already reserved time for 2006.

These newly renovated condos are sure to please! We stayed in both condos on a father-daughter trip January 14-18th, 2005 and were awed by the meticulous work that the owner has put into these condos. Perfectly located for Winter or Summer travel, they were very comfortable and accommodating with plenty of room for our group. These condos are highly recommended.

This condo was just like home. Two families (12 in all) spent Christmas and New Years there without missing home. There was actually room for more people to sleep. The decorating is first class. There were plenty of T.V.'s for all to enjoy. The children had their own room with multiple bunkbeds. The decorating of their room was most fun.The children would stay in the room and watch T.V or play the gamecube. A very large selection of games and DVD's were available to us. The home movie theatre was a joy to watch. Everything you would ever need in a kitchen was at your fingers. There is even a food service that will make fabulous dinners for all if you want dinner when you arrive or just don't want to cook (or to lazy to go out). The condo owner can give you information on this service. The hot tub was a great way to end the day or start the night. The town is a 1 mile walk, shuttle ride or car ride. Park City town is the cutest. Great shops and so many excellent restaurants. We loved the condo and the location.

The property is well-situated between Deer Valley and downtown Park City. It is spacious, comfortable and well-appointed with new furnishings and appliances. Most importantly, the owners are gracious, hospitable and clearly take great pride in the property and seeing that the renters enjoy their respective stays.
