Lake Eufaula (a.k.a. Lake Walter F. George) is located on the Chattahoochee River, 50 miles south of Columbus, Ga. Covering 45,181-acres, this fresh water reservoir is Known as 'Big Bass Capital of the World', Lake Eufaula offers excellent year-round opportunities for fishing, boating, skiing, and other outdoor recreation. Located on a secluded deep water tributary, known as 'White Oak Creek'.
Our beautiful retreat has a double-decker dock with a boat davit, shaded fishing deck and a 10 x20 sun deck. Just up from the dock, is a large clean wooded area, with plenty of room for children of all ages to play and enjoy mother nature at it’s finest. Then you enter the manicured, fenced in lawn surrounding the house and 20 x40 in ground pool with diving board, which is maintained year round. Fully lit for night time fun, the pool is adjacent to six multi-level decks, grilling area with large stainless gas grill, and the 3 story main house.
Though very secluded, with no visible neighbors, the property is only ten minutes from Eufaula, Al., which offers a hospital, over 50 restaurants, and several major shopping areas. You also have access to 6 major 18 hole golf courses ;and, Dothan, one of Alabama’s largest cities is only 35 miles away.
The three story main house, clad in cedar, has large panoramic windows and sliding doors facing the pool and water, offering beautiful vistas, as you dine or relax in complete privacy. Inside are several large seating arrangements for entertaining or just hanging out in climate controlled comfort. Enjoy cable television in the main den, or romance that special someone in front of the state of the art remote controlled gas log fireplace.
Five bedrooms (including the basement level bunk room) and a pull-out sleeper sofa in the game room offers sleeping accommodations for up to 20 adults.) There are also three full baths and 3 half baths, offering a "Jacuzzi" whirlpool tub, and a three nozzle full body shower with massage that is awesome after a day of fun in the sun. Add in a complete kitchen, large capacity washer and dryer, concrete driveway, and parking for up-to nine vehicles. You may never want to leave.
B O N U S: as an added bonus, we include full use of a 27 foot inboard/outboard 'Party Barge' (pontoon boat) the boat is a bonus not guaranteed
We frequently service the boat or make minor repairs.In the case of engine failure ,serious boat accidents,or mother nature the boat may not be available for your entire visit.There will be no refunds of rent in these circumstances. Be assured we will make every effort to have everything ready for your vacation including the pontoon boat.

Patrick and Susan, My husband passed away in Oct. 2004 and I felt it was important that my family needed to have a retreat. We have quite a large blend of family. 12 adults and 13 grandchildren, all but 1 son and 2 grandchildren came. We had a wonderful time this weekend, except wheb we got standed in the boat, but we handled it well. We plan to come again
