  We rented this house for a bachelorette weekend and had so much fun! Perfect location- just one street over from the beach and a few minute walk from shops/restaurants in Folly. The house was very clean when we got there and although one of the sheets didn't fit, they were very prompt to get us new ones. The kitchen was very large and had a perfect area to fit lots of people around the table. I've already recommended this house to two friends and would for everyone!

  We spent Easter weekend here and had a wonderful time. The house was very clean,comfortable and nicely decorated. You can't beat the location. It's close to the beach and downtown Folly. We cooked Easter dinner here and found the kitchen well equipped. Best pots and pans ever in a rental.

  We rented this house to host family and friends to celebrate New Years, and it could not have been a more perfect fit. Plenty of bedrooms, clean sheets, nice bathrooms and plenty of parking. Walking distance to the beach and all of the shops/restaurants. One thing to remember is to bring toilet paper! And would also recommend packing extra towels. Otherwise, the house is well stocked. Highly recommend and hope to return soon!

We are working on having our housekeeping service provide the initial roll of toilet paper but as of right now definitely bring toilet paper!   We had a great stay! This home was just a short walk to the bars, restaurants and beach. Very new and well furnished. Highly recommended!!!

  This was one of my families best vacations. Walking distance to the beach, and to Main street. The house had enough room for my family of 5, my sister's family of 5, and our Mom. It took only a couple of minutes to walk to the beach. Wear flip flops, as my 10 year old found out, because the road gets hot! After laying around, and playing on the beach all day, you can walk down to Main Street to enjoy the Folly night life. If shopping is your plan, its only a short drive to downtown Charleston. This house is the perfect compliment to Folly Beach, so take off your shoes and stay awhile................

  We absolutely loved the place. It was the perfect vacation in a wonderful house with all the needed amenities. It was great location, just a short walk from the beach and a few shops and restaurants, yet close enough to Charleston that we could venture out and explore other parts of the area. Would highly recommend it and would love the opportunity to stay there again.

  We stayed for 5 days this Summer and the home was absolutely beautiful, quite large (4 bedrooms!!), two large, decks, very close to the beach access and had a restaurant directly across the street! What more can you ask for?! This home easily fit our two families and we had an exquisite vacation stay! We would definitely rent this home again, without question!!

  We had a wonderful weekend at the home on 118 West Ashley Ave. What a beautiful home and wonderful location for a nice beach weekend! We especially enjoyed the enormous grapefruit tree that was dropping fruit into the yard! The house is gorgeous and spacious and the location couldnt have been better for beach access, as well as proximity to shops and restaurants. We will certainly recommend to anyone looking to stay out on Folly, and will consider staying here as well for future trips. Have a good day! Emily

Additional information about rental rates

We have a set $375.00 nightly rate for 3 night rentals and a set $1725.00 rate for off season weekly rentals. Summer Holidays and 4-6 Night Stays are listed separately under Seasonal Rates. Basically the longer you stay the lower the nightly rate.

Deposit is required within 7 days of reservation. Deposit is 1/2 the total cost. Payment in full is required 45 days prior to arrival date.

Additional Fees and Taxes:

Additional Administration fee, taxes and a refundable $100 damage deposit do apply to all rates except EVENT RATES. EVENT RATES only require an additional 100.00 refundable security deposit.

Housekeeping and linens are included in the rate listed above.
