    Dear Monica Thank you very much for your message, we had an amacing vaccation in Florida, and enjoyed very much staying in your beautiful house in Cape Coral. The house really is a pearl, and everything both inside and outside was perfect. The cleaning was super, and the maneger of the house was very nice and helpfull to us.     Good day. Monika. We would like to thank you for the use of your beautiful Cape Coral home. If anyone is even considering renting your villa for a week or a season, they should not hesitate. There is simply nothing to worry about, and they will find better and more than they expect or hope for. The building is first class - in new condition with everything anyone might want or need already there. Guests will be more than impressed and enjoy a great time. The location is excellent and the area is both quiet and safe, with shopping for basics close by. German clients will be happy to know there are many Germans (and Canadians) in Cape Coral, and absolutely everyone we met in the Cape was friendly and helpful. The all-important pool, spa and rear views are excellent. While visiting we inspected a few other villas in the area. None are "better", and all are smaller in overall size including both the pool and the area around the pool. Although we used only the master bedroom wing, groups of up to eight persons will find plenty of space and excellent accommodations. Sigrid was wonderful. She is pleasant, helpful, responsive, knowledgable, available and fun to talk with. She guided us and made our stay painless with a few helpful visits when we had questions. We highly recommend your villa and would visit again in future. Regards, Ray

    Vielen Dank für die Wundervollen 2 Wochen in ihrem Haus. Alles war bei unserer Ankunft bestens vorbereitet und sehr sauber. Das Haus liegt wirklich in bester Lage. Der Kanal ist übrigens äußerst Fischreich wir haben in den 2 Wochen nicht weniger als 9 verschiedene Fischart fangen können und haben auch 2 davon gegrillt. Bei meinem nächsten Florida Urlaub würde ich die Villa wieder mieten. MfG Matthias

    Wir waren 4 Wochen in diesem sauberen und super gelegenen Villa. Alles war vorhanden. Badehandtücher, genug Besteck und Geschirr für mehr als 10 Personen. Eine absolut große Terrasse mit Pool und Jacuzzi, der abends in schönen Farben beleuchtet war. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind 3 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Der Strand ist in 15 Minuten von der Villa aus erreichbar. Wir hatten den Cape Coral Strand ab und zu mit unseren kleinen Kindern besucht. Die Ferienvilla war für uns 8 Personen groß genug, da der Terrassenbereich und der Pool ziemlich groß ist, es entsprach ganz den Angaben im Internet. In Natura sieht die Villa noch viel schöner aus. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und haben bereits für das nächste Jahr wieder gebucht. Wir freuen uns schon sehr. Mit freundlichen Grüßen Fam. Sch.

    Guten Tag Frau Koop, ich wollte doch mal eine kurze Rückmeldung zu unserem Aufenthalt in Ihrer wunderschönen Villa geben. Wir haben eine perfekte Zeit verbracht und wurden durch ihre Hausverwaltung, Frau Speese, vorbildlich betreut ...... ob leere Gasflasche oder Probleme mit der WLAN-Verbindung - Frau Speese war sofort zur Stelle. Dafür nochmal ein ausdrückliches Lob .... Die Bootsanmietung bei Boatingcapecoral und die gesamte Abwicklung durch Captn Bob waren auch vollkommen unproblematisch. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und wir waren alle begeistert. Vielen Dank und ein schönes Wochenende Grüße Dietmar

    Thank you very much for renting our family your beautiful home. we had a fabulous holiday and the villa was even nicer than the photos. We found it had every thing we needed and the gas barbecue and pool area were so nice to relax in the evenings. We found your map and restaurant suggestions very helpful and had lots of local information from your management team. We hired a boat from Captain Bob who again could not do enough for us and we really enjoyed the Cape Coral area. We saw dolphins and manattes in the canals near your home and felt we could have stayed for a month. We look forward to returning.

    Liebe Familie Koop, meine 25 jährige Tochter und ich hatten 15 unvergessliche und wunderschöne Urlaubstage in Ihrem traumhaften Haus verbracht. Wir haben uns von der ersten bis zur letzten Minute wohl gefühlt. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ließ keine Wünsche offen. Die Lage der Villa ist sehr gut, da der nächste Publix in wenigen Minuten per Auto erreichbar ist. Die Betreuung durch das Verwalterehepaar Speese war einfach top! Wir würden dieses Feriendomizil jederzeit wieder mieten und können es zu 100 % weiterempfehlen. Liebe Grüße aus Hanau G. u. A. L.

    Hallo liebe Familie Koop, so ganz langsam gewöhnen wir uns wieder an den Alltag. Der Urlaub in Ihrem Haus in Florida war ganz toll. Die ganze Familie hat die 14 Tage sehr genossen und alle haben bedauert, dass wir nicht mehr Zeit zur Verfügung hatten. Die Organisation war auch ganz prima. Es hat alles geklappt, die Verwaltung war zur Stelle und wir mussten nur noch entspannen. Ganz herzlichen Dank dafür. Vielleicht fügen Sie noch hinzu, dass wir von der Vollausstattung der Villa begeistert waren. Hierzu auch noch ein Hinweis. Wir hatten vorsichtshalber noch einen Fön und Badetücher mitgenommen, da in der Beschreibung diese Teile nicht aufgeführt waren. Vielleicht ergänzen Sie Ihre Ausstattungsliste noch.     Hallo Frau Koop, vielen Dank, dass wir unseren Urlaub in Ihrem tollen Ferienhaus verbringen durften. Sie haben ein sehr schönes Haus, was liebevoll und mit allen wichtigen Dingen ausgestattet ist. Die Hausbetreuung und die Bootseinweisung haben super geklappt.     Hallo Fr. Koop, ich wollte mich nur kurz melden um mich noch einmal, auch im Namen meiner Familie, für alles zu bedanken. Alles war von Anfang an perfekt organisiert. Auch noch einmal einen Dank an Siggi die uns jeder Zeit zur Seite stand, auch als wir irgend welche Infos zu unmöglichen Zeiten benötigt hatten. Unvergesslich auch die paar Tage mit dem Boot und hier auch noch mal einen riesen Dank an Captain Bob wir hatten echt viel Spaß zusammen. smiley Zum Haus selber brauche ich Ihnen ja nichts schreiben, Sie wissen selber das es absolute Top Klasse ist.     We liked the house very much. The house was very clean when we arrived. The beds were very comfortable, and your management staff were very helpful. We have rented many houses (USA, Europe etc.) and can say that this was definitely one of our better rentals.

    Our family rented the Caribbean Pearl and the boat for ten days. The home is absolutely fabulous!! Beautifuly furnished inside and the pool was great! We had lots of fun using the boat to explore the islands, watch the dolphins and wildlife. I would definately recommend the villa to anyone. We plan to rent the Pearl again next year!! Thanks smiley

    Liebe Familie Koop, wir sind gerade aus Florida gekommen und müssen uns für ein perfektes Domizil, Ihre Villa, bedanken. Mit einer Herberge fällt oder steht ein ganzer Urlaub. Die Bilder haben nicht zu viel versprochen. Ob Groß oder klein, es hat allen sehr gut gefallen. Wir werden die Caribbean Pearl in sehr guter Erinnerung behalten. Viele Grüße aus Offenbach von den B.

    Vielen Dank für die komplikationslose Abwicklung unseres Urlaubes. Es funktionierte wirklich alles ganz einfach und problemlos. Die Hausverwalter sind sehr nett und stehen mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Auch die Geschichte mit dem Boot lief super. Das war eh das Größte. Die Einrichtung des Hauses lässt keine Wünsche offen. ******(6 Sterne) Dankeschön.... Mario, Petra und die kleine Lilly smiley
