Built in 2008, this Stoneledge townhome is perfect for your vacation getaway or long weekend at the lake. House has two main floors plus a fully finished basement (terrace level). Original owners never moved in, so essentially it is brand new! All bedding in house is Pottery Barn, linens/towels are provided, and all furniture is new. Master is on main level and has a private bath. Main floor also features luxury kitchen, indoor dining for 8, living room, screened in porch (with surround sound), patio dining for 6, and stainless gas grill. Second floor has two guest rooms: first is a queen guest room with full bath; second is a bunk room with two twin-over-full bunk beds (also with full bath.) Terrace basement is fully finished with 65' flat panel TV, huge leather quad reclining sectional, full fridge/wet bar area, laundry room, and reading nook. Walk-out basement patio complete with cushioned seating, adirondacks, and fire pit! There is plenty of parking in our quiet neck of the community to accommodate as many cars as you bring (you're welcome to bring air beds for basement, but our limit is 12 individuals.)
Lastly, unit is both 'baby ready' and child friendly. We have a brand new Graco pack n play and Chicco high chair, baby gates, toys, books, etc. We use our home regularly, and your children are welcome to play with any and all of our children's things as long as they are taken care of and returned to original location at end of stay.

We had the most wonderful time at this home on lake keowee! The house was beautiful and had everything we could have wanted! We so enjoyed having morning coffee and breakfast on the patio with the view of the lake and the kids just loved sleeping in the bunk room. We also really enjoyed family movie night in front of the big tv in the spacious basement. The kitchen was fully stocked with kitchen supplies for us to cook each night and everything was new and clean. Thanks so much again for letting us enjoy your home!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

My friends and I had an amazing stay at this "little slice of heaven" on Lake Keowee for the weekend of the Clemson/V-Tech game. The house was beautiful and soooo spacious! The kitchen was perfect for cooking all of our tailgate snacks and there was more than enough room for all of us to sleep comfortably. We look forward to many more game weekends spent in this beautiful home! Pleasure doing business with the owners as well!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, people with disabilities, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

Our family had a lovely weekend get away at this lake house. The property was well decorated and immaculately clean. We look forward to visiting again and recommend it highly! It would be hard to find a more comfortable place to enjoy a weekend at Lake Keowee. About the owner: We are a family of five from Charlotte, NC. While our roots are in the midwest, we have enjoyed living in the South since 2006. We live a few hours from the lake, but use our home on a regular basis. It is a GREAT sanctuary to get away to, and we really enjoy the comfort and tranquility that our property provides. You won't find a more beautiful, pristine lake than Lake Keowee. Come and enjoy!
Why the Owner Chose West Union:
This house has everything you need! Located within the gated luxury of Stoneledge at Keowee, it offers the ability to relax and get away from it all (if that's what you're looking for) but also meets all of your needs should you need to take care of business (secure wi-fi, DirecTV, nearby shopping, and Stoneledge amenities such as pool, clubhouse, tennis court, walking trails and playground.) The view of the lake is breathtaking, and access couldn't be easier! We have a private dock that you are welcome to use for your own watercraft, or to swim or fish from.
It only took us one trip to Lake Keowee to decide that THIS is where we wanted to make memories with our family. It's the most beautiful, serene lake in the Carolinas or Georgia... over 300 miles of pristine shoreline, and clear blue/green water throughout! In less than ten minutes you can easily access shopping, restaurants, antiques, hiking, waterfalls, movie theatre, etc. Clemson University is just twelve miles down the road. Atlanta is 90 minutes, Greenville 45, and Charlotte 2.5 hours away.

We chose to buy in Stoneledge at Keowee because of the excellent location right on the lake, and its luxurious accommodations and style. While Stoneledge is not a resort, it certainly makes you feel like you're at one! While on the lake, our home is far enough from the majority of neighbors that we still feel we're afforded additional privacy, peace, and quiet that most are looking for when they come to the lake in the first place! Everyone is very friendly and accommodating.
