This house is located just across A1A, and a very short stroll (approximately two-hundred yards), from the beach. It is a very clean cottage, that has been completely renovated and refurbished with new ceramic kitchen tile and wood floors throughout, as well as all new appliances (frig, washer/dryer, microwave).
The garage is fully-enclosed, and there is a fenced backyard making the house very pet-friendly. The kitchen comes fully-equipped and linens, blankets, pillows, are provided - all you need to bring is your suntan lotion. The TV has a DVD player and is connected to Directv Satellite. There is a back patio with Weber charcoal-grill, and patio furniture set (table and four chairs).
There is a king and a queen bedroom and a pullout sectional-sleeper-sofa in an optional third bedroom/sunroom/reading room that has an accordion-door for total privacy when used for sleeping.
The picture of the living room hasnt been updated yet but I have just replaced former furniture with new leather sofa/loveseat set.
