About the owner: Jeremy & Trish Paggen
Why the Owner Chose Duluth: We began making regular visits to Duluth only a few years ago and fell in love with the city immediately. We knew right away that we would need to own our own home here and plan to eventually live here year-round. This is one of the most beautiful port cities, rich in art and culture. We feel a million miles away from home whenever we are here!
The Unique Benefits at this House: Everything about Duluth is unique. The year round tourism makes this city come alive! Just step out onto lake walk in the early morning and you will never want to leave.
