This is a beautiful modern designer home in 2,052 square feet on a single floor. Green and eco-friendly features and in a great location! Super quiet and safe neighborhood but 5 minutes from the nearest beach, only 8-10 minutes to Venice Beach, 15 minutes to Hollywood and 10 minutes from LAX with great freeway access to all areas of Los Angeles that people would like to see.
The home is completely turn key with custom furniture, maple hardwood floors and an array of exotic tile. The kitchen has everything you need to make gourmet meals with top quality appliances and all the spices and cooking utensils you will need.
If Barbecuing is your thing, the backyard is completely suited for that with a large top quality stainless steel BBQ, firepit & sitting area.
Strong WIFI access throughout the home and backyard will keep you connected at all times. If you need to work while you are staying here, there is a full office with desk, printer/scanner, telephone (all US calls free).
Surround sound with movie projector in living room (screen gets about 8-10 ft wide) lets you watch DVD's from a complete collection already there or hookup your ipod and listen to music inside and out. The master bedroom is set up with a 36' flat screen LCD TV. Complete satellite (DirecTV) with all movie channels and cable. If you like football then you also have access to ALL NFL games on television with NFL Sunday Ticket!
Nintendo Wii in the living room is also hooked up and makes for a great experience on the projector!!
Recessed halogen lighting throughout the home on dimmers lets you set any mood you like.
Home has 3 full bathrooms with showers and a tankless hot water heater to ensure you never run out of hot water. The master bathroom is enormous with a jacuzzi tub, and very large sit in steam shower with plenty of room for 2.
The master bedroom has one queen size bed for two and then there are two couches in the living room which are each bigger than a twin bed and very comfortable. They can be used separately or also combined easily for one large bed. The other bedroom has two couches which can also be connected to form one large bed or used separately.
Full linens, blankets and proper pillows for all the sleeping areas are provided.
If you want to do any working out while staying there, the home also has a nice pullup bar and dumbbells varying in weight from 5-52.5 lbs.
The home sleeps 6 people very comfortably and with 3 complete bathrooms with showers you wont be competing for bathroom time.
This home lets you enjoy the beautiful Southern California weather with the nice sitting backyard with a BBQ, fire pit and outdoor speakers! The great location gives you close access to all the tourist attractions and things people want to do while visiting Los Angeles.
I am always easy to communicate with and will gladly give you recommendations on great nearby restaurants or places to go out! I live in the home but travel when guests are staying so I just ask that everyone takes care of the place while staying there!

Let me preface this review by stating that I NEVER do this, but have decided in favor of doing so, as a favor to Timo. He was very professional in this transaction, and a perfect gentlemen. The property is very comfortable, and highly conducive for entertaining. The propery does, in fact, sleep 6 adults, as claimed. Whereas the accomodations in the second bedroom, and living room, were only couches, pulled together, they are indeed enormous, and very comfortable. I have elected not to award a 5 star rating because of two specific problems with the property. In the first place, his 'unusual' water heating system does a very poor job of adequately providing 'hot' water throughout the house, with the notable exception of the master bathroom. In the second place, and to my great dismay, his large outdoor 'Costco' grill is old and substandard. A number of the spreader bars in the grill, (the actual points at which the LP is burnt), are totally corroded out. The reason why I express disappointment over this, is the fact that we had made it abundantly clear to Timo, in multiple exchanges, our principal interest in having a BBQ, to host a reception for our "graduating" son. I truly believe that Timo could have been more forthcoming in accurately portraying his unit as unsuitable for our purposes. In the end, we resorted to having to alternately "order in" a massive amount of meat from a nearby restaurant, because his grill was so inferior. He ought give serious consideration to replacing the piece of junk; and/or "grilling" might not be your thing, and therefore this doesn't matter. With that said, I would still recommend this property for rental, but be forwarned of the hot-water problem, and the grill from hell. We otherwise thoroughly enjoyed doing business with him.Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, age 55+.

Property in a great location. Quiet. Walking distances of many stores and playgrounds. Kitchen has everything you need. Master bedroom is huge. One thing that was weird for us...and if you can get over this, you're fine...is that it's more like staying at a friend's house then a house solely for rent. For example, clothes in the closet, opened bills in the office, etc. We've rented from VBRO a few times and it's not something we're used to. Again, if you can get over this and doesn't bother you, you're fine. Owner is responsive and answered all my questions. Amenities are nice.Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers.

My two children, husband and I stayed in this clean, modern property and loved it. The space is open and very livable with everything you could need including a high quality projector TV and office with WIFI, computer and printer. The location is ideal. Freeway access(with no freeway noise). 5 minutes to: Playa Vista (beautiful parks which include running trails, public tennis and basketball courts, soccer fields and play areas for younger children), Starbucks, grocery stores (large chain and organic market), shopping mall, movie theaters, restaurants (lots of options). 10 - 15 minutes to: airport, beaches (several options including World Famous Venice Beach!), Marina Del Rey. 20 - 30 minutes to Beverly Hills, Hollywood. The owner is very responsive and easy to deal with. Overall, I would highly recommend this property.Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, sightseeing, adventure seekers.

This property was perfect for our needs visiting LA! Excellent location, access to everywhere. Very clean, spacious, comfortable, quiet neighborhood and all basics are covered in the home. The owner was fantastic in answering all questions it being our first time there with this type of rental. I certainly will recommend associates, friends and family that travel as we do through out the year to this home rental. It will be our first option for accommodations in future visits.Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, adventure seekers, girls getaway.
