Pristine white sand beaches, the elegance of Ritz Carlton combined with the ease of the Caribbean, world class dining surrounded by majestic palms, pampering and attention to detail at every turn. It can all be yours at the Ritz Carlton Club, St. Thomas. A privileged few have the pleasure to vacation at the private half moon bay with luxurious appointments and legendary Ritz Carlton service.
The advantage to a vacation at this pristine destination is the amenities of a hotel (room service, twice daily maid service, spa products in each master suite, activities, spa, restaurants, beach side dining and cocktails, tasteful, high end decor with top of the line finished such as marble and mahogany, personally assigned concierge, etc.) combined with the expanse and amenities of a private rental. At over 1,800 square feet of tasteful living space with a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, private outdoor living space extra half bath, full living room and en suite laundry, these residences no longer force the choice many visitors to USVI face: style and service of a hotel, or the size and function of a timeshare or private residence.
With the Ritz Carlton Club, St. Thomas, guests are contacted by their personal concierge to discuss stocking of groceries prior to arrival, transport form the airport and reservations, babysitting, or special needs. So many options are available through the resort and Club that many visitors find that they do not want to leave the expanse of the Ritz Carlton. Steps from the beach and several pools (infinity pools, a dedicated adults only pool and family friendly pool), acclaimed Ritz Kids program which brings children together for fun and affords parents a day of well deserved relaxation, gradual entry clear water private beaches (appx. ¾ mile), a 55-foot catamaran from which to view the sunset or to visit an uninhabited island for the day with a picnic lunch, top of the line spa for massages, facials, and all cutting edge spa services, fitness and wellness center, wine tastings, steel drum band, wildlife and garden tours, tiki torch-lined evening beach strolls, welcome receptions, resident iguanas looking to be fed hibiscus flowers, dining options including four diamond fine dining with an expansive wine list, open air casual dining, poolside bar and grills and private chefs to create a tasting menu in the comfort of your own residence. Red Hook marina is within walking distance and provides travel to neighboring islands such as St. John and St. Croix.

What an amazing resort! We are so happy that we chose to go to the Ritz-Carlton club, St. Thomas. We are going back and forth between there and the Westin and St. John. We had such a great time that we didn't even leave the Ritz. We would spend half the day on the beach then go to the restaurant for lunch, nap in the afternoon followed by tennis an evening of dancing over at the hotel. The service was fantastic. There was always someone there to offer a towel, an umbrella, a cocktail or a bite to eat. It is just gorgeous. Lots of beautiful landscaping and plenty of room for everyone. It did not feel crowded even though we were there during a busy time. We loved our residents! It felt like a private home. We went with friends of ours and they thought that the guest room was every bit as spacious as our master suite. The concierge brought our groceries for us so we did not have to go searching for a supermarket. We will definitely be back. It felt like we were in a whole other world.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, people with disabilities, sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers.

Just came back from our week at the Ritz, it was amazing. I had never been before but I can't wait to get back. We were hard pressed to find a spot that did not have an incredible view of the sea. Our room far exceeded anything I could hoped for. We had our morning coffee on the balcony and watched boats launch for the days excursions. The restaurants were beautiful. We tried them all. the Great Bay had sushi and an Asian noodle bar, favorite with my family. The Coconut Cove has patio dining and serves local food. They had live music the nights we went. My husband and I took a night to ourselves for date night and went to the BleuWater. He had a gorgeous steak and I had dined on locally caught fish. We took advantage of the kids meal plan package. They could eat and drink, at any of the restaurants or beach side, all day for one price. We took advantage of the children's sailing and windsurfing camp. The kids loved the instructors and I felt totally at ease sending them and knowing they were in good hands with certified instructors. My husband and I took advantage of our off time, with a visit to the spa. We started at the water side cabana for massage. Imagine laying on the softest bedding, facing the Caribbean, while gentle hands expertly work you muscles. Afterwards while my husband dozed in the relaxation suite, I had an incredible Berry Anti Aging facial. We ended this all with a quiet drink on the balcony in our room. We only left the resort once, it was to take advantage of the island hopping excursion. It was a full day out, visiting the British Islands. Must stop at the Soggy Dollar Bar. Every day my family windsurfed, paddled boarded, sailed and kayaked which are included in the daily rate. I will be daydreaming about our stay to help get me through the rest of our snowy winter.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, tourists without a car, girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers.
