My family and I had a great time at this house. Can't beat the value. We stayed at Hawks Cay the past few years but after paying for the room, taxes, resort fess and good we ended up spending so much. We rented this house with another couple and we had 6 kids between us. We just rented the upstairs and had plenty of space. The view is absolutely amazing. Words just cant describe what its like to have morning coffee on that balcony. We brought our boat and the house has a pool so we hardly left the house. We did rent some bikes which we enjoyed and went to the Dolphin Research Center which the kids loved. Duck Key has always been one of our favorite vacations and we will definitelty be back to this house. Thank you to the owners for a great stay!Did you find this review helpful? We rented the house for a month and had a great time. We love Duck Key and hope to move down there when we retire. We brought our boat and really enjoyed this place. Awesome fishing!!! Can't wait to come back next year and definitely plan on staying here again.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+.

"Prime, prime, prime location! We have stayed here 5 times and there is no greater place or location in Marathon or Duck Key. We have rented numerous houses and hotels in Marathon and all the Keys and nothing compares to this house! We bring our 32' Donzi ZF and dock it right at the house. The house was completely renovated by the time of our last stay, which was the first week in Jan, 2013, and it is GORGEOUS! It has the best views of any house on Duck Key or Marathon and possibly anywhere in the Keys. You have access to everything the Florida Keys has to offer and you are directly on the ocean - it does NOT get any better than this. I would recommend this Duck Key house to anyone considering renting a place in Marathon or Duck Key or quite frankly anywhere in the Keys. Great time, great owners, beyond phenomenal location and what paradise looks like!"Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with teenagers, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, adventure seekers, families with young children, girls getaway, pet owners, age 55+.

We rented this property for a week in August 2012. Duck Key is absolutely beautiful and this house is paradise. The house is newly renovated, very clean, and was much ,much nicer than some of the other Duck Key rentals we stayed at in the past. We had three couples, each with 2 children under four, stay upstairs and had plenty of room. Great fishing from the dock. Kids loved it..especially being able to fish for a little bit and run right back to the pool to swim. There is also an efficiency downstairs we used for our sitter. The house has a pool and large dock that was big enough for our large boat. We took evening sunset crusises to Hawks Cay (local resort) for dinner and cocktails and its just a short ride to the local sand car. We also took the girls swimming with the Dolphins and the Dolphin Research Center which is just a few miles up the road. The property managers were amazing too. They took their boat out with us showing us all the prime lobster and fishing spots and even gave us some lobsters and fresh fish when we came up empty. Could not have been nicer or more helpful. I would highly recommend this place and we will definitely be staying here again next summer. Perfect place for peace and quiet and lots of outdoor adventures.Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, adventure seekers, families with young children, girls getaway, age 55+.
