We walked into this former artist's studio and were bowled over by the Paris views ! The Eiffel Tower straight ahead and all of Paris seemed to sparkle below...it was simply breathtaking! From Paris rooftops and terra cotta chimney pots to Churches and Monuments, to the glass dome of the Grand Palais with French flat flying ... the Sacre Coeur Church on its hill in the distance. What more could you ask for??
Take the elevator to the 7th floor and step into this charming Parisian apartment rental. What could be more Parisian than a former artist’s studio! The newly remodeled kitchen is here with pale yellow cabinets and dark gray countertops. Find everything you need for gourmet cooking, from large frig/freezer, to oven, microwave, dishwasher, pots and pans to white porcelain dishes.
You're immediately drawn to the large loft and windows on your right, with sunlight streaming in! This spacious room has ceilings that are over 12 feet high, graced by an enormous crystal chandelier and beautiful floor to ceiling drapes! You can't resist the views from the large triple window of the Eiffel Tower, Paris rooftops and Churches and Monuments. Our guests tell us they'll never stay anywhere else!
The living room features original parquet flooring and beautiful furnishings. Find a sofa that converts to a double bed at night. It is meant for every night sleeping and was designed in Italy; you simply flip it open without removing any cushions to sleep. Behind the sofa we hung an original painting from a theatre set of an ancient garden scene from times of old. Look past the sofa to find a comfortable armchair and pretty fireplace (decorative use only), giving a warm and cozy feel.
Look left and there is the dining area with modern table of wood and sand-blasted glass; it’s pretty and convenient as it expands to seat six if you wish to entertain. Find lots of closets, a digital safe and a washer/dryer combination. The chairs are comfortably upholstered in chocolate brown leather. We believe in providing plenty of storage space so you can freely enjoy all of your surroundings.
Above the dining table is the loft. The ladder is ingeniously designed to be easy to use, with wide steps and hand banister.
At night, climb up to the spacious loft and sleep in luxurious comfort on the high quality queen-sized bed. Enjoy reading about Paris from one of the many guidebooks we leave in the bookshelves. We try to think of everything, so there are charming reading lamps on each side of the bed to read by and a beautiful fresco of Italian cherubs in warm colors.
At night, you can roll down the large window shutter for complete blackout, but most guests prefer to leave shutter and curtains open and enjoy the Paris views. It’s fun to imagine how life was when Parisian artists lived and worked here!
Back to the entryway and to your left is the fully remodeled bathroom, with large step-in shower, toilet and sink, tiled in white and gray for a clean, chic look.
We think you’ll love your Parisian experience when you stay here, especially if this is a special occasion such as an anniversary, honeymoon or first time trip to Paris!
If you book with us at Paris Perfect, you'll find some rare advantages because we have our own Paris offices and full time team of friendly English-speaking greeters there to help you. Some companies mail you the keys and wish you luck, providing a contact number to call for emergencies (such as not being able to figure out the keys to get into your apartment) These answering services cover hundreds of other apartments and good luck on a busy day. We’ve all experienced how service numbers work and while it’s an inexpensive way to go, we refuse to work that way. We have our own fulltime people in Paris to take care of you and they are available 7 days/week to help. Period. We will greet you at your apartment rental, walk you through and explain how everything works, from operating the kitchen appliances to demonstrating how the sofa bed works. We can answer your questions and point out the highlights in your immediate neighborhood. This, coupled with the 35-page information packet we send to you soon after you book our apartment for rent in Paris, will enable you to take full advantage of your time in Paris and know there is someone nearby to help if you need it. This gives you peace of mind to enjoy every minute of your Paris vacation, come home with warm memories of a lifetime and come back to stay with us time and again!

Why the Owner Chose Paris Arrondissement 7
We tried many Paris neighborhoods and the 7th arrondissement in Paris offered the best access to everything we love and enjoy! Step outside your apartment and enjoy café’ au lait on rue Cler on a sunny morning, stroll to Paris landmarks, museums and monuments, to world class shopping on the Right Bank, to the Orsay Museum, the Louvre, Rodin Museum, Eiffel Tower, the Arc de Triomphe, Grand Palais, American Library. Take morning walks, picnics & bike rides in the Champs de Mars gardens, to romantic walks home along the river at sunset. It’s a beautiful old quartier near the romantic Seine that has maintained a village-like atmosphere, surrounded by bistros and shops so you can step outside and savor life. It's one of the safest arrondissements in Paris; it offers more open air markets than any arrondissement in Paris. It costs more to invest in the 7th, but to us, it is worth every penny. We greet our butcher, baker and local cheese specialist daily. They know what our favorite cheeses are and make favorite suggestions. They know the exact kind of baguette we want each day, not too brown and crusty for soft cheese. That is what we have been lucky enough to find in our neighborhood and we hope you’ll have a chance to enjoy the same special lifestyle.
The Unique Benefits at this Studio Apartment

Owner's Map of Paris Arrondissement 7
I was an American banker in London and met my husband Philippe, who was a cardiac surgeon in Paris. When we bought our first Paris apartment, our friends and family loved staying there for the fantastic location and views -- walking distance to cafe's, landmarks and wonderful shops. They loved the experience of living like a Parisian, shopping in the nearby open air markets for the freshest foods, buying warm baguettes next door, enjoying cafe' au lait on the balcony, eating at affordable brasseries and restaurants that Parisians go to around the corner. They asked if they could rent our pied a' terre when we were away and our Paris apartment rentals business, www.Parisperfect.com, began! Philippe left medicine for business and we commute between London and Paris on the Eurostar and have two great children who are French and American citizens... and who always correct my French grammar!

“In February 2009 I stayed in the Meursault loft apartment. It was a truly wonderful stay. Situated in Paris' nicest arrondissement, just a short walk to the Eiffel Tower and Napoleons Tomb. The area has a lot of wonderful restaurants populated by locals. Plenty of good food shops very close as is the Metro. Situated in a lovely building on a wide tree lined boulevard the apartment is on the top floor and has the most wonderful view of the Eiffel Tower over the rooftops. Nothing like lying there and watching the sunset and then the magic light show. The loft bed was an experience and quite comfortable. Quiet and cosy, the apartment had everything necessary for a pleasant short stay. Far preferable to a 5 star hotel (of which I have stayed in a few in Paris). I will definitely stay again. Very romantic apartment.” Tony - Melbourne, Australia - Sunday, August 16th 2009

“My daughter and I stayed at the Meursault property and were very pleased with the apt. It was beautifully decorated and very well furnished; it is obvious that the owners put much importance on keeping their properties in beautiful condition. We appreciated being able to call home to the USA with no phone charges and free internet access. It was also nice to be able to call your office when anything was needed (such as fresh towels). Our greeter was very helpful and very friendly. We will highly recommend "Paris Perfect" to friends. This was our second stay at one of your properties and both visits were stellar.” Jean Hynek - Eden Praries, MN, Thursday, July 16th 2009

Earlier this year my husband and I decided to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary in Paris. The Paris Perfect website offered us everything we were looking for in terms of apartment choices, photos and detailed information, local contacts in the US and Paris. We contacted the staff and selected the Meursault apartment for September 2009. Planning a vacation was never easier. The reservation process and pre-arrival information and vacation guide were thorough and invaluable..everything down to the detailed map to provide the cab driver. We arrived in Paris and were warmly greeted at the Meursault apartment by a Paris Perfect greeter, who showed us all the features of the apartment and left detailed instructions on all appliances. The apartment was absolutely lovely...so bright and cheery..with room to pack away our belongings, chill a bottle (or two) of wine, and plan our days. AND WHAT AN AMAZING VIEW! The entire city was displayed in all its glory right out our window...from the Eiffel Tower to the left to Montmartre on the right and Arc de Triomphe, Grand Palais, Petit Palais and countless churches in between. Every night we were dazzled by the glittering light show on the Eiffel Tower. I was giddy with delight. The location of the apartment was perfect. We strolled up and down Rue Cler countless times sampling the food and wine from all the cafes and shops...Cafe Central, Cafe du Marche and others. So many choices...so little time. We were in walking distance to so many sites and activities, but the Metro and bus stops were close by and were very easy to use. My map never left my hand. I devoured all the information in the Paris Perfect guide. I referred to other guidebooks, but your personal comments and recommendations were fun to read and so helpful...especially the restaurant recommendations. We enjoyed fabulous meals at La Fontaine de Mars (which the waiter told us has not been the same since the Obamas dined there), Le Violon d'Ingres (exquisite cuisine and service and where I took an amazing cooking class with Chef Stefan Schmidt..more on that later), Le Fables de la Fontaine (they misbooked us for another evening, but were able to accommodate us), Cafe du Marche (the best people watching on Rue Cler), and Au Petit Sud Ouest (duck, duck and only duck, but the best confit I've ever had and the owners are delightful). After exhausting days, we enjoyed a couple of nights with wine, cheese, fruit and bread in the apartment with the best light show in Paris. It was a trip of a lifetime and a perfect way to celebrate 20 blissful years. Thank you for making this such a memorable vacation. Your staff were wonderful. Meursault was lovely. Paris was perfect...and thank you for helping to make it so. We have told all our friends about Paris Perfect. I will be glad to share my comments with others. “My husband and I have each been to Paris many times. Paris Perfect convinced us that we'll never again stay at a hotel when visiting Paris. Meursault is a little jewel of a studio, from its chandelier to the huge window to its wonderful view of the bejeweled Eiffel Tower at night. (Btw, the stairs/ladder up to the sleeping loft did not daunt us, though we are geezers; we found it fun and a clever, charming use of the space.) Paris Perfect is an extremely well-organized operation, and the information provided in the apartment guidebook was both entertaining and helpful. A relative of ours who is a longtime Paris resident was impressed at (and in agreement with) the research and judgment that went into the restaurant reviews. All in all, a great experience. Merci!” Susan Erickson - Madison, WI - September 2009
