An unforgettable memory; this is your view from your Paris apartment rental!
Location: Paris Arrondissement 7, Paris, Ile-de-France (Paris Area), France, Europe (Spectacular Eiffel Tower View, Left Bank, Restaurants, Cafes) View Map
Accommodations: Studio, + Convertible bed(s), 1 Bath (Sleeps 2-3)
Keywords: Studio Apartment
We walked into this former artist's studio and were bowled over by the Paris views ! The Eiffel Tower straight ahead and all of Paris seemed to sparkle below...it was simply breathtaking! From Paris rooftops and terra cotta chimney pots to Churches and Monuments, to the glass dome of the Grand Palais with French flat flying ... the Sacre Coeur Church on its hill in the distance. What more could you ask for??
Take the elevator to the 7th floor and step into this charming Parisian apartment rental. What could be more Parisian than a former artist’s studio! The newly remodeled kitchen is here with pale yellow cabinets and dark gray countertops. Find everything you need for gourmet cooking, from large frig/freezer, to oven, microwave, dishwasher, pots and pans to white porcelain dishes.
You're immediately drawn to the large loft and windows on your right, with sunlight streaming in! This spacious room has ceilings that are over 12 feet high, graced by an enormous crystal chandelier and beautiful floor to ceiling drapes! You can't resist the views from the large triple window of the Eiffel Tower, Paris rooftops and Churches and Monuments. Our guests tell us they'll never stay anywhere else!
The living room features original parquet flooring and beautiful furnishings. Find a sofa that converts to a double bed at night. It is meant for every night sleeping and was designed in Italy; you simply flip it open without removing any cushions to sleep. Behind the sofa we hung an original painting from a theatre set of an ancient garden scene from times of old. Look past the sofa to find a comfortable armchair and pretty fireplace (decorative use only), giving a warm and cozy feel.
Look left and there is the dining area with modern table of wood and sand-blasted glass; it’s pretty and convenient as it expands to seat six if you wish to entertain. Find lots of closets, a digital safe and a washer/dryer combination. The chairs are comfortably upholstered in chocolate brown leather. We believe in providing plenty of storage space so you can freely enjoy all of your surroundings.
Above the dining table is the loft. The ladder is ingeniously designed to be easy to use, with wide steps and hand banister.
At night, climb up to the spacious loft and sleep in luxurious comfort on the high quality queen-sized bed. Enjoy reading about Paris from one of the many guidebooks we leave in the bookshelves. We try to think of everything, so there are charming reading lamps on each side of the bed to read by and a beautiful fresco of Italian cherubs in warm colors.
At night, you can roll down the large window shutter for complete blackout, but most guests prefer to leave shutter and curtains open and enjoy the Paris views. It’s fun to imagine how life was when Parisian artists lived and worked here!
Back to the entryway and to your left is the fully remodeled bathroom, with large step-in shower, toilet and sink, tiled in white and gray for a clean, chic look.
We think you’ll love your Parisian experience when you stay here, especially if this is a special occasion such as an anniversary, honeymoon or first time trip to Paris!
If you book with us at Paris Perfect, you'll find some rare advantages because we have our own Paris offices and full time team of friendly English-speaking greeters there to help you. Some companies mail you the keys and wish you luck, providing a contact number to call for emergencies (such as not being able to figure out the keys to get into your apartment) These answering services cover hundreds of other apartments and good luck on a busy day. We’ve all experienced how service numbers work and while it’s an inexpensive way to go, we refuse to work that way. We have our own fulltime people in Paris to take care of you and they are available 7 days/week to help. Period. We will greet you at your apartment rental, walk you through and explain how everything works, from operating the kitchen appliances to demonstrating how the sofa bed works. We can answer your questions and point out the highlights in your immediate neighborhood. This, coupled with the 35-page information packet we send to you soon after you book our apartment for rent in Paris, will enable you to take full advantage of your time in Paris and know there is someone nearby to help if you need it. This gives you peace of mind to enjoy every minute of your Paris vacation, come home with warm memories of a lifetime and come back to stay with us time and again!

Why the Owner Chose Paris Arrondissement 7
We tried many Paris neighborhoods and the 7th arrondissement in Paris offered the best access to everything we love and enjoy! Step outside your apartment and enjoy café’ au lait on rue Cler on a sunny morning, stroll to Paris landmarks, museums and monuments, to world class shopping on the Right Bank, to the Orsay Museum, the Louvre, Rodin Museum, Eiffel Tower, the Arc de Triomphe, Grand Palais, American Library. Take morning walks, picnics & bike rides in the Champs de Mars gardens, to romantic walks home along the river at sunset. It’s a beautiful old quartier near the romantic Seine that has maintained a village-like atmosphere, surrounded by bistros and shops so you can step outside and savor life. It's one of the safest arrondissements in Paris; it offers more open air markets than any arrondissement in Paris. It costs more to invest in the 7th, but to us, it is worth every penny. We greet our butcher, baker and local cheese specialist daily. They know what our favorite cheeses are and make favorite suggestions. They know the exact kind of baguette we want each day, not too brown and crusty for soft cheese. That is what we have been lucky enough to find in our neighborhood and we hope you’ll have a chance to enjoy the same special lifestyle.

Owner's Map of Paris Arrondissement 7
My company transferred me from San Francisco to London for work, and it wasn’t long before I met my husband Philippe on a ski vacation. We were married and bought our first apartment in Paris where Philippe was working as a cardiac surgeon. Friends and family loved staying there for the fantastic location and views – walking distance to cafés, landmarks sights and wonderful shops. They loved the experience of living like a Parisian, shopping in the nearby open air markets for the freshest foods, buying warm baguettes next door, enjoying café au lait on the balcony, eating at affordable brasseries and restaurants that Parisians go to just around the corner. They asked if they could rent our pied-à-terre when we were away, and our Paris apartment rentals business was born! Philippe left medicine for business and we now commute between London and Paris on the Eurostar and have two great children who have French and American citizenship ... and who always point out my French grammar mistakes!

"This apartment exceeded all our expectations. The fittings and furnishings were top class and the location - with views of the Eiffel Tower - was superb, and the apartment had everything we needed. The greeter was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient and the recommendations for local restaurants and markets were spot-on. And the birthday card and bottle of champagne on arrival were very much appreciated. Even before we checked out we were talking about coming back!"

“Meursault was the perfect "home base" for our 25th anniversary celebration! Rue Cler and the surrounding neighborhoods held great allure for us foodies. The courteous, professional ParisPerfect staff oriented us to the apartment in a timely manner. The helpful printed guide mailed before our trip made every aspect smoother and more interesting. The neighborhood exudes charm, and felt safe. The apartment is conveniently located close to parks, transportation, and shopping. We will use ParisPerfect again. The bathroom heater was not operational, but we did not need it. Our stay was fabulous!"

This was our second stay in Meursault. We once again thoroughly enjoyed the apartment, especially the view of the Eiffel Tower. Dining in with wonderful foods we found in the neighborhood was a bonus that we cannot have staying in a hotel. The delightful Rue Cler is almost just across the street and always a fun place to revisit. We also enjoy the proximity of good restaurants. Thanks again for a great stay in beautiful Paris in a "perfect" apartment.

“We had the most amazing time staying in paris. The apartment was located in a very IDEAL location that made using the subway system quick and efficent. The market street, right down the block was, fantastic to have on hand. Coming home durring the day for a mid-day re-fresher was very easy to do with the use of the convienent subway system. The welcome basket, of maccaroons and champagne , was a delicous highlight to enjoy. We also took advantage of the fantastic massage, by Charlie, after a long day of, walking and climbing stairs.... We enjoyed cooking some nights in the apartment and other nights enjoyed some of the many reasturants around the apartment. We always felt very safe in the neighborhood and the locked apartment building."

We felt so privileged to live in a private apartment building and wake up to see the Eiffel Tower everyday.... it was pure magic :-) great local produce and hairdressers, pharmacy, bakery, restaurants etc... We will definitely be booking through Paris Perfect again. P.S Utilise the personal concierge service with Lisa Buros who Paris Perfect will recommend. she is sooo helpful all the way before and during our stay. she booked the best bike tours, an awesome table at Le Jules Verne, D-Day tours to Normandy, WWI tours Lille etc... and even a doctor on short notice. She was the most essential commodity! Thanks to everyone for such an amazing stay!"

“This apartment is on a beautiful street, lined on either side with chestnut trees. There are many shops, all kinds, along the street as well as restaurants; the rue Cler market is only two short blocks away. There are many other streets to accommodate your every need. The apartment was spotless when we arrived. Our greeter was thorough and welcoming. The view is incredible. All of the mechanicals in the apartment are excellent. With two weeks of sun and moderate temperatures we could not have asked for more."

“We had a wonderful one week stay in the beautiful Meursault Apartment. From the very first contact with Paris Perfect everything went smoothly. The booking process was easy, and the staff was extremely prompt with answering all my questions. When we arrived at the apartment we were warmly greeted by the Paris Perfect team and shown all the important "to knows" about the apartment. As we settled into the apartment we fell in love with the spectacular view out our window. We spent every evening watching the Eiffel Tower sparkle! The location of the apartment could not have been better for us. Directly between 2 convenient Metro stops and although we didn't use it, there was a Velib Bicycle station just outside our front door. The apartment was clean, comfortable and the building it is located in was quiet. I would not hesitate to book this apartment when returning to Paris!"

“The apartment was ideally located. The septieme really is the best. Wonderful outdoor market (rue Cler) & easy-going cafes & bars. Comfortable sofa & bed, good bath & bed linens. Kitchen thoughtfully & perfectly set up. The Nespresso & a good supply of coffee was a generous detail. Greeter took time to explain & was very helpful. Prior to my arrival I felt blase sbout the view of the Eiffel Tower from the front window. But there it was, as wonderful as ever. On my first day I bought ten metro tickets. By the end of my stay I had used one. I walked everywhere."

Paris Perfect; and perfect it was. We cannot imagine a better way to stay in Paris than by renting an apartment and especially through Paris Perfect as the quality is reliably high. Our apartment felt both homely and special. The location was excellent; the view, magical; the furnishings, stylish; and it had absolutely everything we needed. It felt like we were staying in a luxury hotel when we were greeted by a staff member and sighted the wine and other goodies awaiting us. The staff members were friendly and helpful - though you barely needed to contact them as the handbook in the apartment had detailed information about everything from good restaurants, shopping strips, activities and transport. It was an invaluable resource. Whenever we are fortunate enough to visit Paris again, we will book an apartment with Paris Perfect.

“We loved the Meursault apartment and the great view over the rooftops toward the Eiffel Tower. But most surprising was the wonderful level of service provided by the Paris Perfect staff. They were so cordial and willing to help with us with any detail. We will most certainly use this source again for our next trip. It's like having a good friend available at all times.”
