Gulf-front townhouse with a fabulous gulf/pool view from the back of the condo and a lake view from the front of the condo. It is located in the gated community of WaterSound in The Crossings, which is one of Seagrove's most prestigious properties.
This two-story townhouse has four bedroom with two master suites and four-and-one-half baths, ten-foot ceilings, hardwood floors, over nine inches of cement between floors to minimize noise, granite countertops, stainless-steel appliances with a Wolf stove, large dining area, and the unit has 2,850 square feet of living space which has been professionally furnished and decorated to provide you with the ultimate vacation experience.
Enjoy our HDTV in the main living area or retire to the privacy of your own bedroom. Each bedroom has its own entertainment center with a TV/VCR/DVD and top-of-the-line mattresses which include king-size Beauty Rest in the two master suites and queen size in the other two bedrooms. All the bedrooms have their own private baths, with french doors in three of them opening to the pool & the gulf. We also offer two, queen-size, pull-out sleepers sofas for additional guests.
The upstairs master suite encompasses half of the second floor with a sitting area, oversized shower, jacuzzi tub, and his-and-her sinks. The attached garage provides a secure area for your car, bikes, and water toys with two additional parking spaces in the driveway.
There are commercial grade gas grills located by the main pool for your culinary delight. You will enjoy beautiful sunsets on our two wraparound decks overlooking a huge outdoor fireplace which is nestled behind a heated pool with the emerald-green waters of the gulf as a backdrop. You will find this is the perfect place for the family to unwind. For a more private setting you can stroll over to the secluded second pool which is just minutes away and is located on a rise above Camp Creek Lake.
The private beach at WaterSound offers a great place to kayaks, boogie boards, canoe, or just sit in a beach chairs under an umbrella and read.
The whole family can enjoy the 16-mile bike path which runs along 30-A from Rosemary Beach to WaterColor or hike in Deer Lake State Park next door and enjoy nature at its best. For more activities check out Seaside, Rosemary Beach and WaterColor which are just minutes away.

Year Purchased: 2004
Cliff and I have been visiting the Seagrove area for as long as we can remember. Raising our four children with the much anticipated yearly "beach trips”. We are both native Nashvillians currently living in Fairvue Plantation on Old Hickory lake. We plan to one day retire and live happily ever after on the beach (economy permitting).
We hope you and your family will make some beautiful beach memories as well.
Why the Owner Chose WaterSound Beach
In 2004 we decided to prusue a dream and buy a second home at the Beach in what we think is the premiere community on the beach, Watersound. So much to do, it's sometime dificult to decide, from relaxing poolside or beach side reading a good book to all the great water sports. It is nice to have such hard decisions when your at the beach it really does not matter what you are doing it is nice just being there!
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
Watersound offers some great surf fishing with its isolated beaches. Thirty miles from either Destin our Panama City for all the new restaurants and shopping, but not to close to enjoy the serenity of Seagrove. Bike paths, beach club, great local seafood restaurants, deep sea fishing not 5 miles away (service somewhat unknown to most visitors).

Wonderful family vacation home. Could not have been more pleased with the accommodations. Exactly as described. Spacious, beautifully decorated, every convenience one could desire on vacation, and the setting was beyond description. The owner was very helpful, quick to respond to questions, and anxious to insure we had a good experience.. Just a short but beautiful walk on the boardwalk across the dunes to one of the best beaches I have ever seen. Lots of things to do. Great restaurants (avoid "V" an overpriced, under serviced 'upscale' restaurant in Seaside), outlets mall in Destin has anything you could want. Several lovely planned communities in the area worth exploring.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Thank you for opening your lovely home to us. My sisters, brother in law, daughter, and my husband and I enjoyed our week in WaterSound so much. This was the first time we went on vacation together, and it was the perfect place. With four bedrooms and each having private baths was great. The kitchen was beautiful and had everything we needed (although we ate out a lot at the restaurants on 30A). I had a lot of questions and Sheila was so helpful.
