  This condo is absolutely beautiful, and perfect for a romantic weekend getaway. If the weather is nice, it is within walking distance of downtown. The area is quiet, and everyone we met at the complex was very nice. The condo is well appointed, very clean, and very comfortable. We had a great time, and can't wait to return!

  My husband and I arrived last Friday night for a weekend getaway with friends in Eureka Springs. The condo is just as described. First, the location is amazing. It's within walking distance of everything downtown Eureka, but it's not in the heart of downtown, which makes the condo quiet and peaceful. I loved the large deck. We could have sat out there for hours. Our friends stayed in the other unit and had an equally great experience. We will definitely be back and would love to rent this unit again. Thanks for having sharing your space with us!

  We didn't realize that the owner's personal condo meant that no space was reserved for the paying visitor - and all space was occupied by the owner. Every drawer was owner's space and every kitchen space was owner's space. All vanity space was used and owner's personal pictures were everywhere. The condo was nicely decorated, but cluttered and we kept our personal toiletries in the floor in plastic bags. Soap, shampoo, etc.supplied was sharing the owner's personal items as was the coffee, etc. I wrote first to the owners, but got no reply - so decided to review. The "fair" is because it is pretty - just not functional. A motel room is a bargain compared to the space allotted in this small condo. Last but not least - the bed is on rollers. If you attempt to sit up and watch TV you roll away. It was clean and it was a good location.

I wish you would have contacted me immediately and at least given me the chance to address your concerns at the time. I assumed I made it clear that it was our Private" condo and some of our items would be left inside. This was my mistake and I take full responsibility for your unsatisfactory stay with us. I would like to try and correct all of your issues while you were our guest. I am pleased to offer you another weekend "FREE OF ANY CHARGES" in one of our Non-Private Condo's.   Would recommend this property. Parking at the door was convenient. Photos accurately reflect the appearance and amenities. The owner was available by phone to answer our question. Property clean and well maintained. Trees beautiful great trip. Would stay here again.

  My husband and I stayed at this condo for a romantic get-a-way and it was the most relaxing experience we have had in a long time. The condo is wonderfully decorated with a very cozy setting area. The kitchen was nice as well and it made our stay even more convenient. It was just nice to relax and enjoy a glass of wine and also the furniture is very comfortable. It was nice to wake up and be able to make coffee before starting our day of site seeing. The views from the patio just take your breath away especially this time of year with all the fall foliage. Most of all we loved the location of the condo. It is just a short walk into downtown so we didn't have to worry about finding a place to park anywhere. That was awesome. After a long day in downtown eureka we where glad to come back to the condo where we knew we would be able to relax and enjoy and reflect on our wonderful time we spent in Downtown Eureka Springs. We will for sure be coming back to this place. It was so clean and well put together. Thank you to the owners for a wonderful and most comfortable stay and experience.
