I grew up in Oslo, Norway, but moved to the US after college. I live in Atlanta, GA. I have traveled the world, but find the beaches in North West, Florida to be the best. I take a passion in ensuring that my property reflects the high standard I would expect when I rent a vacation rental; clean look and feel, travertine floors, granite counters and great bedding - a Scandinavian feel. What a perfect condo! My wife and I have stayed in Seagrove Beach many times. We've always had a place that was bigger than we needed. This condo is perfect! Very well appointed. Comfortable bed, beautiful kitchen (stocked with everything), nice lighting, and a perfect patio from which to enjoy one's morning coffee. The location is perfect. Right across from the condos is the best pizza in the area. Seaside is close enough to walk or bike to (there is a beautiful 17+ mile bike path along 30A). The condos have their own convenient beach access, with shower. The pool is a relaxing place to lounge and reflect on a perfect day in Seagrove. If you are looking for a beautiful, quiet getaway then look no further. The owner has done a wonderful job with this condo and is very responsive with any questions you may have. The generous rebate he offers was sent very promptly. Thank you! We would recommend this condo to everyone, although I think it is most perfect for a couple looking for a quiet, relaxing getaway. We can't wait for our return visit in 2012!

The condo was very nicely decorated and the location was awesome. It took less than a minute to walk down to the beach and the pool was directly outside the door. We also rented a kayak and the rental location was right across the street and also rented bikes. The TV could have been bigger but of course we weren't there for the TV. The beach, water, wildlife and weather more than made up for the TV :). There are some high rise condos nearby so you might want to claim your territory early before the chair and umbrellas service claims all the prime locations. I remember when Seagrove Beach was a very sleepy area. It has grown a lot but it is still a great location and you can't beat the white beaches and emerald water..and this cozy condo.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, age 55+.

Back from a wonderful time at Emerald Hill. Think the best pool on 30A. Convenient to everything. Dining across the street, bikes, shopping! And just steps to the perfect white sands of the gulf! Unit was so quiet and relaxing. Bed slept great....clean and cozy! We will for sure pick this unit for our next stay...7th year and this was our favorite location yet! Kayak rentals and Yolo right at the beach. One guy backed his fishing boat up on your beach site, jumped out and there was a Bruno's pizza man delivering them a pizza...was such a hoot!
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers, tourists without a car.

Second time staying in this unit and could not have asked for a better week. Accommodations, weather, and beach (clear emerald green) were great. This unit is nicely updated with high end finishes, very clean, good proximity to the beach in a private and peaceful setting. Also convenient to shops/restaurants and bike path along 30A.

We absolutely loved you unit and the complex: Your unit was nicely decorated and bright. The stone floor and granite counters created a high end feel. Best off all: the privacy of the complex and closeness to the beach.
