"Such A Deal" is conveniently located in the heart of beautiful Surfside Beach! This home is in walking distance of the Surfside Pier, restaurants, the city park and shopping. From the back porch you are only a few stairs to the sand! There are no neighbors directly to the north which gives an amazing view up the coastline. The open floor plan allows for plenty of space whether you have two or twelve people visiting. The main level Great Room is surrounded by large windows giving you a fabulous ocean view whether you are in the kitchen, enjoying a meal at the large dining table or sitting in the Keeping Room! All the bedrooms are a great size and feature their own t.v.'s and their own bathrooms with tub and shower. This 2500-square-foot home has separate air-conditioning units so the upstairs and downstairs may be at your comfort level.
This home is used regularly by the owners and therefore, is kept in great shape. This is a non-smoking home and is kept fresh and clean. We have added two outdoor showers, a charcoal grill....even a new flat screen T.V., because we think if OUR family wants that convenience so will you!

Year Purchased: 1994
My wife and I built this five bedroom home for our family use. We found that our friends loved our home so much that we started to rent it. Most of our current guest are repeats. We are in our mid 60's; keeping this home nice for friends and guests is our priority.
Why the Owner Chose Private Homes
We live several miles from the beach and our children and grandchildren love the ocean. They want to stay at the beach whenever they visit.
The Unique Benefits of this House
The home is big enough that we all have our own room and adjoining baths. We are together but also, have our own privacy.

We had a wonderful week at this house! The descriptions and pictures were accurate & in fact we found it better than we imagined! Sitting on the deck - what a view! We loved the convenience of walking straight out to the beach & the area was quiet. We can't wait to go back & will definitely stay here again! House was clean, owner easy & nice to work with & everything in house that you could need. Great layout of rooms. Our family had an awesome time here!

For anyone looking for a spactacular oceanfront home in Surfside Beach "Such a Deal" is an exceptional choice. The home is beautiful, has all of the creature comforts of home you will need, its location is outstanding, and the view is incredible. It will be an honor to stay in this home and you won't be disappointed!
